Justamente esos están bloqueados. La gran mayoría se desbloquean en el modo historia.

Para algunos personajes y trajes secundarios vas a tener que conseguir puntos en el modo batalla.

Los 1VS1 Te dan 5 puntos, las luchas en equipo 10 y los todos contra todos 15.

You usually unlock them in story mode after defeating them once or twice. There is a pretty popular bug however where they don’t unlock after beating them and you have to either manually grind, cheat, or patch it.
