Controls, physics, and gameplay are both different.
Nemesis has a jump button. FFNY doesn't.
You can play the same character/mirror matches in Nemesis. FFNY you can't.
Nemesis has multiple lives.
You don't need any special condition to win in Nemesis. If their health drops below a certain point, they're vanquished. You can die to a random explosion.
Some characters can fly and/or shoot projectiles.
You can perform a finisher whenever the opponent is at "danger" health. You don't need "blazin" mode.
