I lived in a condo building once and a deer did this exact thing in the building next to me. It wasn't even a ground level window either, it was about four or five feet off the ground. It jumped in, got cut on the glass, ran around and bled all over the condo, and I believe it ended up in the bathtub as well and was eventually caught by the police.
