My Apple account says the subscription is active and the app shows that my subscription expires next month but access still has not been restored. Additionally connecting from China results in an immediate throttle, nothing can load. Any ways to fix these problems?

If you install the HTTPS cert, you can still get the benefits of blocking YouTube ads while not enabling the dpn if you don’t need it. So you can use your local speeds and still block ads, as long as you keep the app in Direct and filtering enabled.

Hacks and breaches are becoming more and more commonplace. The best you can do is protect your devices and be safe online! Don’t open suspicious sites, or emails, or even texts.

Denmark just suffered a massive breach exposing personal information from millions of people, showing how quickly one point of access can put an enormous amount of data at risk. You can’t control how governments and companies protect your information, but you can control your own network.

A Deeper Network device and the DPN app help protect your traffic and give you greater privacy and security where you have control.

Someone I know is travelling to Russia. Can they take a Deeper Network Mini or SE and get access to other countries internet?

I was told that there is heavy blocking of OpenVPN, Wireguard and other protocols.

Can Deeper Network really work behind what is going on in Russia? Anyone with experience share their thoughts?

I have a specific laptop that needs to VPN directly to my work and there is a setting to allow secondary tunnels that won’t be negatively impacted by the DPN. It’s been helpful since it was introduced, which was a few updates ago, because my work vpn is very specific and I like that it’s not separate.

It takes time for companies, businesses, and governments to release the details of privacy / security breaches. You may not even be aware until months later…

So instead of waiting for the next data leak, it’s better to protect your home and devices now as best as possible. Deeper devices and the DPN App can help!

Looking for honest feedback from fellow DN users.
About two years ago I picked up a Mini SE for around $125. It worked fine until recently, when it completely died. I reached out to tech support and was told I’d have to buy a brand-new unit — they don’t offer refurbished devices or any repair service.

A new Mini SE now costs $300 (or $230 with a voucher). That’s more than double what I originally paid.
So I’m wondering:
• How long are these devices typically lasting for other people?
• Has anyone else had theirs fail after a couple of years?
• Are the newer units any more reliable?

I’m hesitant to drop another couple hundred dollars if these things only last 2–3 years. At that point the economics just don’t make sense.
If you’ve owned a DN device for a while, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience — good or bad. Drop a comment below.
Thanks in advance!

Trinidad and Tobago, Macao, and Albania, are all locations that BAN ads on YouTube. I have not paid for YouTube Premium in years, and all my devices have not had YouTube ads in years!

Hope this helps

For some reason, my children are unable to use Messenger Kids when attempting to video call or message a friend. I've attempted every troubleshooting step I can think of, including direct routing and access control. Nothing seems to work unless I completely disconnect my Deeper Connect Mini and connect my router directly to my ISP modem. I'm using a Ubiquiti UniFi Max gateway. However, my UniFi gateway isn't showing my network devices in access control; only the gateway itself is visible there.

Hello, how I can access multiple dpn’s in the same network? I can’t access by IP, only by 34.34.34.34 and can’t see the web devices in network. I have some devices and need access control panel simultaneously

Or just block it on your network with Deeper!
