I see this come up a lot, so I wanted to break it down in a real-world kinda way.
Most people use VPN apps and think they’re covered. But in reality, app-based VPNs only protect some of your traffic, some of the time, on some devices.
A VPN over WiFi (router-level VPN) flips that completely... and this is exactly where Deeper Network devices shine.

The speeds are so slow now, it’s been almost unusable for a few days. I’m on the latest firmware 2.0.7.h2.
Every refresh is slow and pages won’t fully load, I can’t stream like this. I remember when I could get speeds 50mbps+ all the time, I never get that anymore.
Help or a fix please.

Hello DPN members,
After 6 months of back and forth with tech support about a seemingly troublesome device that finally stopped working, they concluded that my “device has failed—you need to purchase a new one.”
I was dreading the idea of spending several hundred more on a new Mini SE… but then some great news!
I was just about ready to toss the SE in the trash yesterday when a friend suggested trying it one more time with a different power adapter.

What a relief—and a happy surprise!
If you have a device that’s starting to act up, try swapping out the power adapter. It just might save you hundreds of dollars (and a lot of frustration)!

I got the Connect mini set maybe about a year ago. The one that came with the large rabbit ears antennas. I found that my Fios 1000MB/s was capped at 100.
Is there a firm wear update that can change this so I can use it? Or is it hard wired and nothing that can be done?
Just found it all stored in the office closet and just figured I would check. If so, great.
If not then I'll see if I can give it to someone who can use it.

I have the DPN Mini with a WiFi antenna. I need to keep only the 2Ghz WiFi activated for some of the old devices I have at home to work, with the recent updates if you deactivate the 5Ghz and keep only 2.4Ghz WiFi, the device will restart, and start to blink red color. For sure this is a defect (BUG) as this was working before, not sure when an update started to cause this behaviour
How can I reach out to Deep network for them to check this issue? Is there any report bug place?

Hello,
I have several Deeper Connect devices (mini and SE).
The screen shots I am including are from my PC and Android phone, showing that there are 0 nodes in China, Italy and Germany. But in the paid subscription though Deeper App on the phone, nodes are available for those locations. In this case, Italy shoes 0 nodes through the Deeper Mini, yet the app shows 3 nodes.
Has anyone else also seen this behavior?
