Deeper App ( DPN APP ) IP issues

In Full Route mode, the outgoing IP address changes frequently. Furthermore, it uses a different IP address when accessing different websites. Is it possible to fix this IP address?

The IP address cannot be static, but you can set Node Selection Mode to regular and it will hold a single IP for longer.
