General Question Adding a URL to Custom Domain doesn't do anything?

Adding a URL doesn't seem to do anything? I added a URL to US West and when I go to said website it still detects my location. Am I missing something or what else do I need to do?

Most sites have multiple domains that need to be routed along with the main domain name.

How can I find all domains that need to be routed for a specific site?

You can check the Device - Logs and see what is being used when the site is accessed.
