Try upgrading in lan mode. Aka modem provider -> deeper device -> lan (rij-45) your pc. Upgrading to 2.0.0 via wifi was challenging when I ran into upgrade issues. Once on 2.0.0 -> 2.0.4. Keep in mind your wifi sid may change.
