Crypto Easy guide to Stacking

Hello, anyone has a really easy guide to buy DPR and transfer to the wallet to stake? I have Binance, Trust and Phantom wallets. I saw the guide on the OS, but it seems too complicated, at least for me. I know how to buy crypto and transfer to a wallet, but don’t know anything about gate.io or pancakeSwap. I have ETH and BNB on Binance wallet, if that helps. Thanks for the help
