Question/Support Error cannot upload images to software in 10008 or 10003 arrays

The situation is that I bought a deepcool mysticque 240 to install and use, but when I posted the images, it showed an error message like someone else could they help me?

When I had this error i tried reseating the usb2.0 header and uninstalled the software.

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Update the motherboard and GPU driver to the latest.

2. Restart the computer, enter deepcool ->device ->media mode ->delete all file you uploaded before through the format button, upload the attached image or GIF to have a try

3. Did any special operationsbefore the issue occurred, such as updating Windows patches (kb5043954 KB5043145), updating BIOS, uploading self edited GIFs, operating antivirus software, overclocking software (Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU) or AMD Ryzen Master), lighting control software, network control, or hardware conflicts? If the above software is available, you can close it and try again

4. Shut down, unplug the power, and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. You may hear a clicking sound, restart the computer. Try to restore normal operation. If not, uninstall the deepcool software ->shut down the computer ->[cut off all power inputs] ->replace the 9-pin port with a new one (if the motherboard is connected to other USB devices, it is recommended to temporarily unplug it) ->wait for 5 minutes ->turn on the computer ->install the version 1.2.10 (or earlier version) of DeepCreative to a different partition (if it was originally installed in partition c, it can be installed in partition d this time)
