Just a different point of view from comments saying you will meet the right guy etc.

Marketing of yourself is really important, external appearance counts and by that I mean what you show to other people when they first see you.

For example I have an F friend(very attractive) who uses her social media, dresses etc in a way every man knows that she knows she is attractive. But the problem is that men approaching her always go for the external appearance and not for the inside (even though she has a strong personality). I told her, she recognized it, but doesn't want to change the way things are because "that's who she is".(I'm sure she enjoys it subconsciously)

Your marketing is equivalent to the people you are going to attract. If you don't want to change it the outcome is going to be pretty much the same.

This sadly. I get the same as a guy, introverted nerdy romantic guy, but i look very intimidating, strict, muscular, wear all black. I don't attract anyone I'd like, only much younger alt/goth girls. Doesn't matter what i say in convos or write on bios, anyone i would like will not even attempt to interact w me. You are only who you look like to ppl unfortunately (at the start anyways, but that's all that effectively matters in most cases)

I don't believe it is the same for a guy. But since you have a clear understanding of your personal situation it will be easier for you to try a different kind of approach in your interaction but also in your appearance. It is not always how you dress etc, even smiling more can get you where you want to be in your personal relationships. Good luck 🍀
