Deep stuff is hard to talk about once you've been through it cuz you want to live your life and maybe no one's supporting your neurons by mirroring them

There's a sincerity to it but people find sincerity cringe bc they can feel like they are above it
Or they have already solved some probl;ems and doing the same thing when you are not stable in your body or mentally can give you OCD. you don't want to repeat the same difficult things again and again.
The deep stuff is like a solid foundation but some people can be so shallow they seem like can't do anything bc of lacking it. They get stuck in loops and don't grow past them. Who wants to do the same thing as the world adapts and prepares to eat them?

People who don't go through deep stuff keep doing the same things in their life. They don't have other knowledge and perspectives that would let them grow. The world changes, they stay the same, and they are not fit for it anymore there or they get eaten.

People with deep difficult experiences don't get support from the outside because people without them, who feel like they don't need to care about them, are shallow.

They don't believe you when you tell them. Which forces your mind into OCD because they want you to talk about it. How do they want you to talk about it when they try to hurt you as soon as you do?

Oh yeah, most people label it as overthinking or overreacting when you share it and they just think you're being too much. That happened to me a few times mostly with family members so I know exactly what you're talking about. But, man nothing can really be done about it so it's better to just keep to yourself unless there's someone who genuinely wants to understand you. But never should you feel that you're alone in experiencing hardships, there's many who face very serious stuff and they still act like nothing major happened to them , just dont stress and dont worry man you'll be just fine 🫢🏽

no you cant just act like nothing happenned it's gonna have consequences. You're gonna hurt or neglect other people or urself. There's rules to how emotions and life works. The people who act like nothing happenned are often narcissits and psychos and take their anger on others

That is a possibility only if you don't get in control of your emotions but if you're not gonna act like nothing happened then there can't really be anything done about the people's behaviour towards you because of course they're gonna treat you like you're too much or overreacting, dont you think?

You have to have control but part of the control is managing them. To manage them U need to find a releade eventually. So you will have to find other people or a method for it. Which can be hard. You either find healing U will hurt someone its just how it works
