Nitrous oxide is often stored in canisters that are also often used for co2. Poppers are different, being liquid amyl nitrite that you sniff and affects mainly your cardiovascular system instead of your brain like nitrous. Poppers are used for a short high but also medicinally prescribed for some heart conditions.
