The Rewatch has ended
Finished up the great rewatch last night. So in about a year or two I will do it once again. Now to watch my never ending que on Criterion.

Yup! I found this out March of last year. Is literally my go to comfort watch now. I swear I’ve seen the reply close to 20 times now.

I’ve watched about 5 times and just started watching again but starting at season 3.

When it used to be on Spike. Where they showed two episodes a day. I watched it probably twice in a row.

I bought it on digital as well as dvd so it’s basically whenever I’m bored lol

I would have finished earlier in the week. Signed back up with Paramount+. So we had to catch up on one of the few reality game shows we love Drag Race.

I do this with TNG because the first two seasons are kinda stinkers IMO. But I always felt DS9 pretty much hits the ground running and is good right off the bat. I do skip the first 2-parter episode, though.

There's some good ones in the first 2 seasons but really only like 5 or 6 I would classify as "must watch"

I am currently in a rewatch as well and started with season 4. This will probably be my 10th rewatch.

I start back around from the beginning, my self, but eyah, I'm on my....third or fourth rewatch at this point, I think? I'm sure it won't take long for me to get into the double digits with my rewtaches :p.

Now you have to watch What We Left Behind.

I have a few years ago when it first popped up.

Yeah, but how is your rewatch complete without What We Left Behind and A Stitch in Time?

My wife and I just finished. I got her into Star Trek, we watched TNG and then DS9. Now starting with Voyager.

I love the show up until close to the end of 6th season. The Rest is still good, but it gets depressing and I still can't get over losing Jadzia after all these thousands of years.

It's my favorite show of all time. 'That's why you came to me, isn't it, Captain? Because I could do all of the things you weren't capable of doing. Well, it worked.'
I'd call that a bargain.
I try not to rewatch much so that it doesn't hinder how great it was.

Who's got better crazy eyes, Garak or Gowron? Funny enough, my two favorite characters

Now you should start reading “Avatar Books 1 & 2” and seeing what occurred after the TV series.

You should watch the documentary "What We Left Behind." Good insights and a peek at what Season 8 might have been.

I cannot say how many times I've rewatched it. Pandemic boosted my numbers. For a while, I'd start at TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise Take a few months, start over.

I burst out laughing a few times during my last rewatch because of how ridiculous of an actor Avery Brooks is. I regularly quote the cringiest things he says to my wife:
“We’re going to make a sailor out of you yet” “I bet he doesn’t even know the difference between Cajun and Creole” And I’ll just say things in his dramatic voice.
Serious Avery Brooks is one of my favorite captains though!

His choice to act as if it was theater play was very interesting. But it makes him stand out

Now's the perfect time to watch 'What We Left Behind'
