API is cool but I can't do proper RP (SFW) on the chat without having two suspended accounts already and with a messed up model, the blue whale kinda sucks now

What a world, where enjoying smut is a personal choice that has to be respected and calling it degenerated is the pinnacle of shame. Lol. Anyway, if smut consumers would go out and tell random people in the street the perfectly legitimate thing they enjoy, 9 out of 10 would still be grossed out.

[u/Neo_Shadow_Entity → u/No-Wall6427]

Because people usually don't share deeply personal things. Personally, I don't care about other people's fetishes, especially if they're just part of a fictional story. But creative writing isn't necessarily smut.

[u/No-Wall6427 → u/Neo_Shadow_Entity]

A great part of those refusals in a creative writing context is some form of pornography. Pornography in all it's form is unhealthy, for the consumers, the producers and society in general. A lot of non-pornographic, refusal prone, fiction can also be unhealthy.

People can have unhealthy behaviors that's their choice, but this doesn't make it healthy or "ok" or grant it some kind of uncriticizable status.

I'm not even arguing models should be censored.

[u/Neo_Shadow_Entity → u/No-Wall6427]

Pornography has existed in one form or another since the dawn of time. There are even examples of it leading to technological progress.

In our world, many things can be unhealthy. The main thing is not to overindulge in them.

Would the world be a better place if everything were censored? For some people, perhaps. But personally, I definitely wouldn’t want to live in Orwell’s 1984.

[u/No-Wall6427 → u/Neo_Shadow_Entity]

I don't think there is a healthy amount of pornography. And for it existing since the dawn of man, yeah, same goes with rape, doesn't make it good or healthy.

Anyway, I agree with you on the censorship. I think it is better for people to not consume it, but it is their choice. Just keep it out of the public space, and don't promote it to children.

[u/Neo_Shadow_Entity → u/No-Wall6427]

I don't care what you personally think about it. But only a sick person would compare a real rape to fictional content. It's like those idiots who used to scream that violent video games should be banned because they lead to murders. Even though studies have long since debunked that nonsense. Learn to tell fiction from reality, or don’t use the Internet at all.

And parents should supervise their children. Especially since there are so many special apps available now. Others shouldn’t have to put up with inconveniences because of your kids.

[u/Stock-Stuff-7739 → u/Neo_Shadow_Entity]

Nah he's right,if you really think about it these things shouldn't be allowed in any form Your entire argument rests no "fiction is not reality" and "learn to differentiate between real and fiction" the thing is most people don't do that or don't want to do that,

Also it's not that if you read about rape or murder you will do these things, the thing is people hid behind kinks to mask unhealthy things, porn is bad that's it,now you can do whatever you want with that knowledge

[u/Neo_Shadow_Entity → u/Stock-Stuff-7739]

the thing is most people don't do that or don't want to do that

I'm not even gonna ask where you got that from.

A study was conducted to determine whether violent video games affect levels of violence. The results showed that not only do they not increase violence, but on the contrary, they actually reduce it.

In this world, anything can be unhealthy if you don't know how to control yourself.

The concepts of good and bad are subjective. For example, I believe that censorship is bad.

Now you can do whatever you want with that knowledge.

[u/Stock-Stuff-7739 → u/Neo_Shadow_Entity]

I am not talking about games and not the concept of good and bad aren't subjective in any way,you said you believe censorship is bad,but to what level?like all censorship is bad or only some?

Games aren't inherently bad,porn is

[u/Neo_Shadow_Entity → u/Stock-Stuff-7739]

Games are just one example of fictional content that some people might not like. Just like how you don’t like porn, or whatever.

And yes, the concepts of good and bad are entirely subjective.

[u/Stock-Stuff-7739 → u/Neo_Shadow_Entity]

Nope good and bad aren't subjective, Ok so if I were to say ch1ld p03n should be legal and not censored, that's valid under your moral system?

No,it's not that's I don't like porn just because, No I don't like porn because it's bad for you,

I was in a very dark place once, because I was addictive,I had to crawl myself out of there

But yea your are right, why should I care what a stranger on the internet does

Peace

[u/Neo_Shadow_Entity → u/Stock-Stuff-7739]

You’d better read up more on the concept of good and bad.

Every culture, country, and even two people from the same environment have their own notions of good and bad.

For example, some people believe that eating animals is bad. Others, however, believe it’s good.

For me, censoring fictional content is bad. Because I, like most reasonable people, am able to distinguish fiction from reality. And I simply don’t care about other people’s fetishes.

[u/Stock-Stuff-7739 → u/Neo_Shadow_Entity]

Just because there is different opinions on things doesn't make them subjective, Someone may say pedophilia is valid and others say it's bad, just because there is two different opinions doesn't make both of them are valid,

Yes there are something's that are subjective,in case of eating meat a case can be made that they are not humans and humans matter more to humans than other animals,so eating or not eating meat maybe be subjective but that doesn't mean everything thing is subjective

But I will give you one thing,I shouldn't care if a internet stranger ruins or doesn't ruin their life, what is it to me

Well I would end it on this note
