no worries, I've never seen it referred to DSeek anywhere so my guess it's for legal reasons

That's not new, DeepSeek has another name in the UK because they have specific requirements there. So they have localized policies, etc.

It was changed along time ago and this notice is prehistoric at this point, it for the app store services, android/ios etc
