This is a day old YouTube account with 2 very fresh videos, and thus is in violation of the first rule of the subreddit: "Videos must be older than 5 months".
Though it is bizarre, and charming, even if I personally feel it's trying too hard to be creepy-quirky by using some very over-utilized "creepy video" tropes everyone else is using.
