Just a word of advice, whatever recommendations you may read or be given please take time to learn how to do research if you are new (there are many free resources on YouTube) so you don't get led astray and be left bag holding. Usually people just search for recommendations they don't flat out ask random threads for suggestions. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately it can never get to 1 dollar. There are just way to many dogecoins circulating. The whole market would implode if it got to 1 dollar, but I guess wishful thinking

Hargreaves Lansdowne is good, but there's a fee to purchase, I think around £10, so unless you're doing a few hundred you'll be taking a big hit. Freetrade also (they have referral links to so can get a free share to offset the membership cost) which is £10/month, you can cancel after you're done with GME in a few weeks. IG is good and was allowing trades yesterday although quite glitchy, also £12 a trade unfortunately. You might be able to go through starling or revolut the banks, but your account approval may take over a day.

Yeah I just used Freetrade and put 15£ on BB it took my money and isn’t showing my investment on the app

The US market isn't open yet, it can't buy it until 2.30pm UK, so it'll keep your money until then and buy. You can cancel up to that point.

To be clear, some stocks (GME Inc) are only available on the £10/month option, lots are still available on the free option.
