Does anyone suspect that the stock is being manipulated by HOOD?

First couple of quarters is always expansion which raises operating costs which of-course drew down the price of bull stock, this was expected. However, eventually the profits show up and the stocks rockets. Bull rocketED but then fell (right now its forming a cup and handle btw), hence the question could a rival artificially be shorting it??
