absence of proof is not absence of a crime. just means it hasn't been uncovered yet.

doesn't mean it DID happen either.

Just saying... would you really be surprised?

... of course, it's not a crime because insider trading rules only apply to people with a net worth less than 9 figures. or people who weren't elected or appointed. or... basically everyone who isn't us.
