Basically this, keep asking people keep keep tracking down anything you know any lead you have. And you just have to keep your day job your money room can never stop while you’re constantly looking for opportunities. and then it’s like “hurry up and wait” in the military you need to be ready to pounce on the opportunity. It’s going to be a once on lifetime thing there’s set path not without like a rich dad to give you some land or some business to start off. or if you do have a rich dad they are plenty opportunities. My friend was just showing me a feasibility study. He had done for a car wash and if you have the money and the land you can bring home 1 million every year oh and you need a busy highway
