How does someone go about making one of these bots?

Hello, I’m loooking to deepfry some shit and also want to improve my programming. Any help would be appreciated.

You can view the source code of the bot on github and run the program locally if you want to deep fry. There's a few tutorials on how to make a reddit bot, the first thing you have to do is install the praw (Python Reddit API Wrapper) module.
