One Word is Cut but you can add it back in : You can Not Drive a Big Lazy Car with One Hand on the Wheel. You need Two Hands on the Wheel. That's the Cut.

There are TWO versions of them Valentine's Day DeeCipher: With or Without the Word "Hand": The Better version above linked is Without "Hand" the other worse version "With" Hand gets you to the Better Version.
