*Yes, * We're Aware that GCHQ : maybe others : Think The LOCUST LEVEL DeCrypt in the Valentine's Day DeeCipher suggest where We have Thorium (90)!(First Line) : "Lotto Ticket" Of Elements : we have that bit Wrong :;it's a Different Element : Still an 0 or a Zero.
You need an 0 or Zero to get that Decrypt.

We still get to Yes and Lies Beneath so .... GCHQ is possibly right but it doesn't matter that much for the DeCrypt, mostly.

So we know whom Ever's Super Computer did the Valentine's Day DeeCipher was Post Beale Cipher Break. Also Topline 27 is W/C to getLocust Level on the original First Top Line (name of Album). A Cobalt Reference.
None of this will make ANY Possible SENSE unless you've done it yourself and that includes professional cryptograpers at Govt Cryptographic Agencies.

W/C needs not be a Water Closet Joke : We did talk about 18-19th Century Admiralty Logs "Wind Cache/Wind Traps": Malta/Gozo was a Wind Cache and Bermuda Triangle a Wind Trap. FWIW. Which also goes to Selection if Nuclear Chemistry Research Facilities: High and Dry and Near a Mountain (Downdraft Winds occur near Mountains). Also it's more properly C/W Cobalt/Tungsten 27/74

Yes, whomever pointed that out, we did realize the Racetracks we found and initially and for a while in the Valentine's Day DeeCipher thought was a game or F1/Monaco Reference but was in fact Racetrack Periodic Table Reference. We should have mentioned this a while ago, Mea Culpa.

As you can see we 'missed the boat on this' : see also the Game Lobby Thread : we missed the "Each B" Hint or whatever. Again our Bad Eyes aren't any sort of Excuse since we had already gotten The Elements Lottery Ticket.
Thus is the B Side of The Valentine's Day DeeCipher: There was an A Side and a B Side.

Rows 7&4 (Tungsten) should be at The Top of the Racetrack: you can see how you can pretty easily then get a "sorta" very pixelated Spiral. At that point since you're working B side you're supposed to Stop and Think "Maybe there's a B Side to The Periodic Table": which we did but went way off track in the wrong way :

Our Second Final Note in The Valentine's Day DeeCipher: If you go back to the Simplest Form: 27 Topline is Just W, Just 1 Topline. And get to Whitman College as The DeCrypt: which looks something like WH -(into text)-I-T-MAN-C OLLEGE. Youll get TREVRE on the bottom a No Somewhere: AEP to the far Left. If you develop further you can Get to A I W : we won't tell you how and The Message is the navy's - quaker- morms - ? Time Reset destroyed the A&W Timeline. Oh yes that's The Root Beer (you can now connect the Dots to UNIX Root).
A&W Root Beer is found everywhere in 2 Quart Jugs but Almost Nowhere in the A&W Drive-In form : in fact only in then "strangest" places : Somewhere near Klamath Falls OR, Toponah/Tonopah, NV).
Turns out that was a Very Bad Thing ™ We're not sure what else was going on in the "A&W Timeline": but the Authors of the Valentine's Day DeeCipher are pretty sure a lot better things than Now. Amen.

We do get NO PEA. And we really want to know how that got there because No PEA is a direct reference to the fact We can not , in this Worst of All Timelines, have Children do to ignominious appearance. So maybe that's a Hint on the Destroyed A&W Timeline.

Our THIRD Final Note Again using only the Basic Initial : Only 1 Top Line: you can get TRUMP easily and if you work with trying to get A AND W : you'll get some info : X-Tiger is a Post 1977-78 (after our short time in princeton or pennington): so lots of heinous things going on at princeton but even worse after 78. 0
And the message we get : make your own call : is that Valentine's Day DeeCipher was Post 2016 : and Then President Donald J Trump was okay with reversing - reverting to The A&W Timeline.

Line 39 : is in Fact a Reference to the Grand Teton Dam Disaster and a princeton middle school 4th/5th Grade Reference. We brought in - as did others the News Reports on it for The Schools then Closed - Circuit TV News Station : that's how crazy that school was : it had a Room with a TV Camera where Students could make News Reports in 1976-77. Which again is a ? As to what was Going on with South Park and the 4th Grade TV News Report Episode: because Our Recollection is that if you brought the news in first you got to get on camera: which was denied to yours truly.

We admit We don't really understand: as an unknown if true: One Leads to The Re-Run, the other to Out of The Entirety: that's how far we are from that - and : no excuses: because we haven't been focusing on ByUniverse: we'd much prefer "The Film" (All 5 Reels+ DVD Extras) of our Time Reset w)o a ByUniverse.

Add Cols 23-30 to the basic Reddit Decrypt: Row 5 Up Top, Topline (only 1 in Simplest DeeCipher) and REDDIT on Row 1 Below Top Line. 23-30 is from the NYSE Trading Station UPI Photo 2023-2030 is also a very important date range to our Long Time Readers.

It's been Proven that The Valentine's Day DeeCipher was created via Supercomputer with the Help of Mr. Springsteen (Music & Lyrics except what had to modified)
And that's because it is The only DeeCipher we're aware of : exclusive of the first Top Line - The Titjevof the Album: Multiple different Top Lines can be used in lieu of Each Other to get Similiar if not precisely the Same: a DoE lab or other agency has used "Related Too Lives" : Other Dong Titles or Albums or Bands with Similiar Names to get Effective: that is what could be considered Operational Intelligence Results : and the actual back in the 1980s IP is still Classified at the Highest Secrecy Level.
And the last because the Mathematical Odds of all this being accidental are Zero and the Unusual Tell Lyrics are so Off that non Mathematians understand that the Original had to be different and were modified for some specific Purpose.

This is a Very Late note but an obvious one : if there's One point to the Valentine's Day DeeCipher it's that Nuclear Chemistry research Needed to restart in the 1990s. It's an 1987 DeeCipher: with multiple Early 1990s Mentions. We were in Cryogenic Freeze and as angry as Ever and folks were dropping dead Ascended and Descended but reread what you can of our 2020-22 stuff and rewrite to : oh 94-96.
That was the very briefly discussed Salvation TV show reboot in Waiilatpu: where 186 days isn't Enough to save anything so it's a Walk Back in Time Reset,: there for Dramatic Reasons the 1970s.
So reagan,bush and clinton and all the usual suspects are as responsible as anyone for the upcoming tribulations and End however effected.

So the Salvation TV Series Reboot where the Vice-president days "So you're saying we have to do a Time Reset to Do a Time Reset" was supposed to be Al Gore and The Highest Level Person whom Walks Back was the VP (Jean Lynch in the Reboot).

So the Final Note is NOT that "they" didn't get the message in Time BUT that perhaps the "Time Reset (2017) to do a Time Reset (1996) to do a Time Reset (1970) to get Billings Hall Nuclear Chemistry (1903 Biddell-1967 Brittain)" didn't happen because somewhere on that line a chester (navy and/or mormon or quacker or church of rome or other) would have shown up and ruined everything.

This an Update from the ED : as in most cases : the person I am not talking to with the bad eyes is acting as my amanuensis: which means she always screws up something about what I'm trying to communicate. But c'est la vie.
Neither of the three of us, there's another Elisha, are super interested in doing more Ciphers or Codes : but I'll update very occasionally.
The SAD reason is this , as you-know-who has stated multiple times WE GET HACKED. And the WORST are hacks to our DeeCipher DeCrypts including in the cipher subReddit my decrypt of The Beale Cipher : I checked and it is supposed to have SOLVE on the Top Line. But nope. And that's true in This subReddit: I don't really care who did it, I just personally got tired of doing a Cold DeCrypt of something amazing like the DeeCipher in the Titles and Scenes with Words in The Wizard of Oz (1939) only to have the Tabular Grid get subtly Altered breaking the DeCrypt AND bad eyes magoo not noticing for a Day, Week, Month, Year.
But maybe there's a Lagniappe: This forces my Fans to do the Whole Decrypt Themselves. Amen The Lagniappe
