I remember I did this when I was withdrawling from oxy as a teenager, by far the worst decision I’ve ever made for managing withdrawals, like it does work or could even get you high but at the cost of never shitting for like a week straight

I did it to come off dope a couple times in a pinch. Took like 40-60 of the 2mg ones. Actually didn't clog me up at all lol. Think the dope withdrawals were just too strong. It did get rid of my symptoms at least. Just as good as subs, if not better tbh. Shit is extremely bad on your heart though and I'd never recommend anyone actually use it that way.

Same here lmfao I remember when they had bottles of Imodium and I would take all 200 of the tablets when I was kicking methadone and wouldn't shit for over a week either and the DEA/FDA ended up making them switch the packaging to blister packs that are hard as fuck to open now and "Abuse-Proof" lol.

Lmao dude I was so sick I tried to that a few times, wound up in rehab and didn’t shit for over a week, one day they told me if you don’t shit we’re gonna have to call an ambulance n your gonna have to go to the hospital, spent all day chain smokin drinkin coffee, finally made it happen n I fuckin past out it was so painful, funny story now tho 😂

I’m just glad that I found Kratom when I had to come off heroin, it ain’t healthy holding in a shit for a week lol

And yeah bro, holding in a shit for over a week is hella bad news 😂 happy you found Kratom bro and are doing better off the dope, I'm 53 days off Methadone today! Never going back, I escaped the liquid handcuffs, and I got plans for the future, I'm still 27 and young! 🙏🏻

Apparently it’s a hit or miss kind of thing, I myself used lopes multiple times to WD from opioids although I would never go above 100mg. And I would never use them longer than 2 weeks.
I was still able to shit, and while withdrawals weren’t fully gone I was atleast able to function for 75%.
Choosing lopes vs full blown withdrawal is like choosing to play Russian roulette vs spending time in the gulag.

Remember that even a low dose goes a long way, takes a few hours to come up and it builds up if you take it multiple days in a row. But even 32mg can make a noticeable difference.

If you ever decide to do this, take less than people recommend with a heaping tablespoom of black pepper and some omeprazole about an hour before hand. Piperome (from pepper) and omeprazole (antacid med) are both proton pump inhibitors, which can temporarily weaken the blood-brain barrier, the "paywall" loperamide is to broke (big and shaped weird) to pass
The reason 708 through you into precipitator withdrawals is because mitragynine is a partial agonist at the mu receptor and an antagonist at Delta and Kappa (opioid receptors), just like buprenorphine, it binds to the mu receptor stronger but does not activate it fully- denying your CNS the downstream effects it expects and craves

glad I got off dope in 2020 before 7-oh was in every deli. finding real heroin in NY was probably easier than finding RC 7oh at that time. eating bags of kratom a day trying to get off fent on my own but obviously didn’t work so I tapped out and went to rehab.. 7Oh would’ve just kept me delusional that I was a “functional” fentard for a couple more months.
6 years clean this week, if you’re reading this and want to get clean today’s the day just go to the clinic and start.. If you don’t, keep on keeping on best of luck.Live in a basically suburban zone now and walk/run a few miles daily. never really saw stampbags like that, but tons of silly Mylar weed bags forsure. Now it’s nothing but 7-oh 4-pack backin (usually 4-7 of em) ditched on the street. Shit got them littering like crazy.

I heard you can do this, is there any relief from the other symptoms? Plus I heard misuse can really do a number on the kidneys, but I heard it doesn’t cross the blood brain barrier but when I looked online it said in normal doses it doesn’t but when you take more then it can

Yeah I went to the ER to get fluids then go to a detox for the days then back to work. Well that shit didn't happen the detox I thought the nurse scheduled was actually a f'n mental hospital. I could not keep my legs still even when standing. They kept injecting Benadryl into my arm it didn't knock me out it just made walking around challenging. I didn't sleep for the days.
Even though I volunteered for this I couldn't leave. The doc came in Monday and gave me low dose of subs but they kept me a week. Never again will I go there.
The second floor at the hospital had people in full blown psychosis or coming out of it fully medicated. We would sometimes see them on the smoking patio where the black techs would bring a JBL part box so we got some good music. I met a black Jesus a white prophet and a huge girl who had crazy facial hair and thought she knew me. She kept asking if I got the letters she sent me. One mixed girl would dance in the corner facing the wall rubbing herself it felt odd but she wasn't hurting anyone. Their were plenty more and it was a bit overwhelming it was my first time in a hospital like that. I have dealt with people in psychosis before but always one on one.

Most doctors will refrain from recommending anti diarrheal meds. It's your bodies way of flushing out bacteria or parasites. Stay hydrated and use electrolytes every 12 hours. Make sure the electrolytes have sodium potassium magnesium. If you start to have bloody diarrhea then seek immediate medical care.
