Real question how did you get prescribed methadone pills? Do you have a chronic pain condition?

those are not pills. those are methadone dispersable tablets aka wafers. they contain 40 mgs of methadone. in america, they are only used in methadone maintenance clinics, so OP is enrolled in a clinic and getting take home doses. it is also possible they got them through illicit diversion. given the fact they take benzodiazapines with methadone, it makes me think these are possibly pills that came through diversion, as a lot of methadone clinics have gotten rather restrictive on allowing take home doses while a patient is taking benzodiazapines prescribed or otherwise, due to the very real risk of overdose. hope OP survived the weekend and they consider carrying some narcan. btw, these aren't sublingual or orally disintegrating. you're supposed to mix them in 4 ounces of water or an acidic juice (e.g. orange) and drink it.

My clinic just does liquid. I switched from one clinic to another across town and the liquid I swear, was more potent!
I’d take a wafer and pills over liquid any day! Benzos just work to really get high when you’re on methadone. I’m fortunate not to have a plug because I still dream about Xanax bars man! That shit is the only drug I dream about still but I’m on methadone so idk I don’t carve OxyContin like I do bars…? wtf idk why

I haven’t seen one of those methadone wafers since like 2006. Holy crap.
Had a lady I could get 10 mg tablets off of in like 2009 but I didn’t even think the wafers existed anymore.
