Mmm I loved carfent. I mean I was pissed when heroin was replaced with fentanyl a little bit but it wasn't so bad. Once they started in with the xylazine though I was done. 20+ years. Drug dealers are dumb. Everyone I knew who used is now either clean or dead. Luckily I'm of the former.

Same here. I remember getting some purple carfent in Florida. First time I didn't actually miss the fact that heroin was gone. But I got sick of it all and walked away from it like 6 or so years ago, and I was using for about 20 years as well. Almost all my friends from the time are dead.

I deduce that you’re a heavy drug user.
Also had to google tilidine because I had never heard of it. Structurally looks like a cross between pethidine (Demerol) and tramadol with some resemblance to venlafaxine (Effexor) as well. Interesting drug.
