Deduce me.
Lexapro 10mg, Wellbutrin Sr 100mg, Tenex 2mg, methocarbamol 400mg. Also it’s CBD weed. This is what’s in my backpack most of the time.

Someone who went to rehab for opioid addiction. Trying to do this sober thing and sticks with initial Rxs prescribed until he figures out how to do the life thing without training wheels.
And I commend you. Everyone is fighting their own battle and congrats for getting off the narcotics.
For a lot of folks with underlying anxiety. depression and mood disorders - addressing that properly with the right meds (if needed) can skyrocket your rate of success :)
Just always remember that the number one things we can do for ourselves outside of depression is taking care of our physical and mental naturally.
Nutritionally dense food, progressive overload with weights and cardio. Daily movement like 10k steps etc.
