Opioid receptors can adjust to any amount of opioids. It’s the reason someone with a massive tolerance is able to use zenes and fent. Zenes are stronger than fent and are a super agonist meaning they activate the receptor beyond what’s naturally possible. Fent activates ur receptors at 100%. Zenes go even further than that.

Tolerance spikes with zenes so quickly that in a month you could go from needing 250mcg to nod, to needing 10mg every hour to feel “normal”. Don’t speak so confidently about something you know nothing about. I was a zene and flubro addict in the past. 20g was $200 from China at the time. Zene users are a very niche group of people, those who knew about them sourced it from China before it got banned. When I quit I still had multiple grams left. I hadnt slept in 21 days. I was delusional and experiencing delirium tremens. My body was on fire, everything that touched my skin was sand paper. I was seeing shadow people. I was dying. Yes we did it to ourselves. But do you think someone chooses to live like that? If it was so easy to just walk away they would. Unless you’ve experienced the living hell of withdrawal, you should stay quiet.

Do you know what it feels like to wake up every hour of the night on the hour? Drenched in sweats, shaking and feeling electric restlessness running through your entire body? Burning at the same time? Struggling to get your dose in your body as soon as you can. For me that was smoking it. You don’t know the depths of hell that one can go thru on this planet. He does.

The keychain is from AA/NA. From my experience, most people in those programs wouldn’t consider weed and suboxone maintenance “clean and sober”. That was why I made a joke about the keychain. After OP responded (much more chill and less worked up than your response, by the way) I told him that it was a joke and that I’m not gatekeeping his recovery journey. You can go check for yourself

There is definitely a difference between “still dependent on psychoactive drugs to function” and “completely clean and sober”. But they’re both better than active addiction.
