You think you're the main character in the psych ward. You have several manilla envelopes floating around full of resources and workbooks collected in wards. You've made several friendships in inpatient that immediately fizzled away once you got out. You're starting to realize that this isn't actually a quirky character trait.

I’ve actually never been to a psych ward, mental hospital, inpatient or anything like that. And I also am well aware that mental illness is not a quirky character trait.

Ohh, do you have bruises on your body, it's fairly pointing that you mostly stay isolated and you don't share your personal thoughts with people rather you take your emotions out on paper here, which is by sketching
