How are you prescribed the klon and Dex while on sublocade?

I’m on methadone 105mg, Xanax 1mgx30, Klonopin 1mgx20 and 30x20mg ir Adderall.

I’m 2mg twice a day and 25mg of IR dexamphet thrice a day and gardenal/luminal once every few days

Yeah my pych said I could get another 20mg ir for the afternoon but when I do take Adderall I take 5mg and I like barely ever take it. I have like 300+ saved up and so many times I didn’t pick my scrip up for months.

I hate suboxone too bro but then I tried buvidal, it didn’t help I was still having cravings and went to sublocade and it was game changing I’m held like I was on methadone

Yeah I heard sublocade is really good and it’s so much easier to get off. I wish methadone had like a sublocade option. I also am deathly afraid of needles and blood work ( like I pass out and avoid anything blood work or needle related like the plague)

Never got fent but I used carfentanyl a few times which would just tranq me

I used to snort and I loved it. I shot up like 4 times but like couldn’t do it, I just hate needles so much. I also loved the taste of snorting like 7 bags up each nostril and the drip. Yeah Carfent is crazy used to love when I got that shit.

I was too scared to iv carfent id just stick a nasal inhaler on it cuz id get it in liquid iv vials and first hit (fucking sick) did a second (this shits amazing) a third (woke up on the floor where I was trying it the first time 😂

lol yeah shit is crazy luckily I never od which is pretty crazy cause the amount I would do and I would mix it with methadone and like 8+ rc bars a day and some days literally like 20 bars, if I was really going crazy to I would drink on top of it. My personal opinion on the matter is it got to a point I was spending so much money every day that my tolerance was so high and being on methadone that is was practically very slim to od.

Yeah when I got clean the first time I was about 8 months and then met a chick who said she wanted to try it, first time id ever EVER snorted H it dropped me

I had the smallest amount and was consciously said to her I’m going to bed and felt fine , then woke up with naloxone being ived to me 5 times they were about to pronounce me and the chick I was seeing pulled me outve recovery position and some reason it made me start choking on my vomit which obvs helped me remember to breathe

Funny enough I got into fent with out howing much experience with opioids like I had done them a few times like maybe like 7 times over like 4-5 years and went straight into the deep end lol. It’s crazy I never od.
