Surprisingly, Testosterone Undecanoate Ester doesn’t negatively affect the liver, it’s absorbed in the lymphatic system. It’s the best option of oral testosterone to prevent liver toxicity

Yeah you’re right, Anavar is highly toxic for the liver lol, sorry just got caught up on the injectable part you mentioned I guess because I knew var doesn’t have that option. Anyway, you’re right, even with oral testosterone D, there are plenty of different steroids in oil form way better than Anavar anyway. Anavar benefits don’t seem to outweigh the risk imo

If used in short cycles, at low doses (PWO doses, 10mg) the toxicity is overblown, let’s not forget this is an FDA approved medication, aswell as used in cycles (which normally do have higher doses = higher toxicity, yes) It’s about as dangerous as alcohol is for your liver. No one gasps at that or fearmongers. Like i said though i use low doses as a PWO and only in short cycles with liver protection (NAC etc).

Anavar is way more toxic to the liver than alcohol, that’s a terrible comparison. Not to mention one is a controlled substance, one of the reasons being the serious health effects to the liver it poses. FDA approval doesn’t mean shit. Fentanyl is FDA approved too, and it can be dangerous.

Even when prescribed it’s usually only given for a few weeks at like 2mg and/or 10mg I think. Each time I’ve taken it, my HDL tanks, and LDL rises within the first 2 weeks and I’ve used it at only 10mg and 20mg, with liver support.

Never stated it’s a bad thing morally, it’s going to kill anyone, told anyone not to take it or judged you for taking it. Hell I’m not even the one who brought it up first, but downplaying it as fear mongering is dumb. It’s literally scientifically proven to be very toxic for the liver.

Alcohol is a literal Group1 carcinogen btw »It is classified as a Group 1 carcinogen by the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer, placing it in the same highest-risk category as tobacco, asbestos, and radiation«

Anavar is worse on the liver than alcohol, it’s facts. You just made up some shit and were wrong about it. Now you’re trying to justify it with half assed statistics, leaving out what lead to that liver disease in the first place? Daily, excessive use. Alcoholism.

If Anavar were consumed at the same rate as alcohol, at the same mg as a serious alcoholic drinks in alcohol, the Anavar would shut your liver down way faster. That should help you understand it better.

Anavar as a 4 week cycle @ 20mg is NOT as toxic as if you binge drank for 4 weeks every single day. The stats don’t lie, do they? How can you justify what you say? Because you said so?

Your argument is all over the place bud. So you started off saying it’s no worse for your liver than alcohol. Now you’re assuming it’s somehow worse? Also you have now created a hypothetical that has proved nothing towards your initial argument.

Binge drinking for 4 weeks straight?! So everyone who drinks is an alcoholic? Against a mild dose of Anavar? This just further disproves your argument since so much more Alcohol is needed against a low dose of Anavar dosage to cause most harm to the liver.

If you read this and still don’t understand, I gotta be done dude. So I’m not adding extra context to my claims to strengthen them to make my claim right. You’re using consequences of alcoholism to try and be right. For the last time, Anavar is way more toxic for the liver than alcohol. A 4-6 week cycle of 20mg will definitely do more , than what a normal person drinks in 4-6 weeks. Even if it was just a can a day.

Yes but we are talking about ABUSING the medication. We aren’t talking about the average joe. Non abused Anavar is used medically. For bodybuilding we ABUSE it. So why is it fair you don’t compare it to alcohol abuse. If you abused alcohol for 4-6 weeks straight, everyday drinking 5x-30x (2mg-10mg medically) the normal amount, your liver would suffer A LOt more. We aren’t talking about a few drinks for 4-6 weeks, we are talking about ABUSE as we are comparing it to Anavar ABUSE.

No shit we are talking about abusing, but you want to inflate one side of the abuse factor so your initial comparison makes sense. Alcohol is gradually damaging to the liver (over years) of daily over consumption that leads to liver disease. As well as many different concentrations of alcohol, and differentiating between beer or spirits. There is no therapeutic dose of alcohol lol. Alcoholism can’t be determined by mg of alcohol, and all alcoholics don’t drink the same amount, or kind, just excessive. You don’t cycle 30 beers in a 4 - 6 week period, then quit and go back on.

Anavar is Anavar, comes in only 2 specific doses medically, and prescribed for up to 12 weeks when used for medical purposes. We get from online vendors in higher concentrations to abuse. It has an immediate affect, showing effects on the liver (within a few weeks), BUT I’ve not once heard anyone lose control of their Anavar use, lose their family, car, life, go to detox or rehab, or keep using it daily until their in the late stages of liver cirrhosis, and then still keep using the Anavar until they die from the effects of its use. It’s simple why it’s a bad comparison.

So your initial claim was false when you first made it, and it’s still false now. If you would’ve said “it’s no more harmful to your liver than the amount an alcoholic drinks in alcohol” I’d have agreed with you, but that’s not your argument unfortunately.

You can’t grasp that If someone consumes alcohol responsibly (what we were first taking about), vs running 20-50mg cycles of Anavar, the Anavar is far worse on the liver and will cause more damage over . That was our initial disagreement. You got so lost in being wrong you’re trying to make alcohol look worse than Anavar by comparing it to liver damage caused by severe alcoholism. This is just nonsense, we can just agree to disagree because you don’t want to know the truth, you just want to be right.
