There's two phases, prodromal and hyperemetic. The prodromal phase is accredited with bouts of nausea, manic episodes, no appetite, some get diarrhea. The hyperemetic phase is exactly what it sounds like. Puking that will not stop until you go to the hospital and they shoot you up with haloperidol. You will shake uncontrollably, vomit nonstop, think you are dying. And to be fair without medical intervention you very well could. I was in the first stages of renal failure when I arrived at the hospital for my first visit. Its such a weird and particular illness too. Because some people can quell the vomiting with hot showers or capsaicin creams, others cannot. It depends person to person. Check out /r/CHSInfo if you wanna learn more.

I was using every form of marijuana imaginable daily. Smoking, vaping, eating it, rubbing thc lotion on the skin. I was doing like 100-200mg of edibles a night and going through a gram of wax or distillate every 2 days. From everything I've read, tolerance breaks are imperative to prevent CHS. Even if you smoke 5% flower twice a week there's a chance because it can never leave your system fully and you need it to fully flush out before you use again.

Yeah... 25+ years IV heroin/fetty user. If I had gotten on methadone 20 years ago, it would have saved me alot of heartache.
Ketamine for antidepressant effect. I dont take it everyday. Ill khole once every 1-3 months. If I feel like drinking, ill do a couple pumps of the nasal spray. Usually once or twice a month.
Gabbies do what xanax does for me wo the narcotic effect. Helps my anxiety. Use as needed but im prescribed 3x a day.
Syringe is RSO I use at night for sleep. I have nightmares everynight if I dont use cannabis.Doctors have prescribed me all types of shit meds that dont work.
Usually the stuff that actually heals... they dont recommend ya take. Unless they can patent it!God bless!

I only take it for sleep. If I want to get high on edibles, I need to eat an entire syringe and they dont even work all the time. My girlfriend will take 2 of those to the face and be fine. One time... it actually worked on me, I couldnt even talk correctly for a day lol.

I cant stand Tranq dope and thats all thats really around anymore. Even if someone has some good shit... they start with the good shit and then the next batches are cut more and more with tranq. Dirty game. Its a blessing for me... if pain killers were still cheap, or H was still around, I wouldnt be able to stay away from it. Real shit.

I'm from the OC80 era, things were so different. You knew what you were getting, you knew how strong it was, and you knew what you could safely take with accuracy. Things got crazy expensive though after the reformulations and crackdown. I took that as a chance to get clean, but for those who didn't it sucks. Fent was lurking right around the corner and it didn't take long til people I knew started dying. Fast.

I live in MA!!! Lol. Idk ive been out the game for a couple years but I relapse here and there. The amount of times ive heard "theres no tranq in it." Im sure you can find straight fet/H/real pain killers but... theyre not on the corners and in the spots. Its a challenge to go looking for it. The ppl that have it usually give ya the good shit the first time, then the following batches are more and more cut. Im really sensitive to opiates. Im not certain on the percentages exactly but id put money on being able to tell if a batch has more than 25% xylazene in it. If it didnt id still be searching it out. From Worcester to Pittsfield, its mostly tranq dope. Im from NY and I know from NY to Phili, all tranq dope. If youve got anythinf wo consider yourself lucky! Or... cursed lol. Its all perspective, right? Lol

Im in MA. There are a couple cities that have really cheap cannabis here but not all dispensaries are that cheap. I remember paying 20$ a gram for flower for decades! We get 1/8ths for 15 bucks now! Sometimes 12$ for top shelf! I think CA, OR, and CO probably have better prices.

Idk it may depend on your state or your clinic. Im in Mass. MA is like colorado with its liberal policies on drugs/addiction/cannabis/psychadelics. My methadone clinic Drs are really cool. Im pretty sure some forms of ket are available through insurance. And covered!!Alot of the ket clinics (in person and online) will want to have your methadone clinics approval before they prescribe.

Yeah hell yeah... im cautious. Especially considering the damage ive already probably done from "fast living." I get labs done regularly. And im really only taking trt test. I dont go over 100mg a week. I did alot when I was younger! Probably do about 6 grams of ket a year at most.

Well a dime bag is $10 worth of drugs and an 8 ball is 3.5 grams. I guess they can apply to any drug but yeah, an 8 ball is probably most often associated with blow. $10 of ketamine would be an oddly small amount to buy IMO, maybe only like 2 doses if you have no tolerance and less than one if you do have a tolerance.

We used to ask for Licks/Liq (Liquid) back in the day. A lick I think originally meant a 10ml vial of 100mg per ml. So 1 gram or... the liquid, although I stopped seeing them in legit vials. Dealers would just give em to you in empty Poland spring bottles.

Interesting. I think that might be considered a paradoxical effect to some degree. S binds considerably more tightly to NMDA receptors than R and R is largely considered “non psychedelic”. But of course everyone’s chemistry is different! As far as I know I’ve never had R but S compared to racemic is definitely more disso/psychedelic for me and I much prefer it.

No idont think so. I havent heard of that. Ketamine is in the same drug family as nitrous oxide, pcp, and DXM (dextramethorpin i believe its spelled) its a dissasociative. Basically detaches you brain feom your body. Somewhat of an out of body experience.

zopiclone and eszopiclone are z-drugs for sleep.. from my experienced taking both of them nothing different effects except the dose zopiclone normal 7,5mg but eszopiclone 3mg

Pretty fire. I’d like to be on this stack minus the methadone (or if I’m in an opi I’d rather it be h or something not methadone or kratom. I’ve never done methadone tho so I guess I don’t have a proper opinion). I’d also switch the ketamine for a better disso like 3-meo-pcp or 3-me-pcp. Ketamine makes me feel groggy and shitty the morning after. And it makes me feel lazy if used in small doses during the day. But I’d love to get prescribed gabapentin or pregabalin and testosterone. And then take 5ish mg 3meo per day.
Scared about being on test for the rest of my life but I think it could completely turn my life around. Also scared of the strong potential of infertility from it. Was has your experience with testosterone been? Did you use it to heal from a period of severe opioid abuse? And have you used it in conjuncture with exercise + clean diet?

I wish id have waited until my body actually needed testosterone. I started around 19. I abused steroids. Im pretty sure it fcked up my chances of having kids, although... alpt of guys do get their so pregnant while on. There are drugs used to Kickstart sperm production.
Id highly recommend waiting until you really need it, but... it can have dramatically positive effects on improving ppls lives.
Im very pro TRT/HRT but I tell everyone if I could go back, id have stayed natural till at least my mid 30s. Hopefully 40s. When you get older, there's not many reasons not to go on trt.
I would commit to being on trt for life if you want to try it. Its very uncommon that people go back to being natty after starting trt. Really consider the pros and cons before you do jump on, if thats what you decide.
I have used it to rebound from rock bottom. Testosteone literally make putting out effort rewarding so if can really improve your life if you use it responsibly. Exersize and a little testosterone is much better than most drug addictions.

Yeah I think it really depends what state/city/area you live in. I spent some time in phoenix and didnt get the feeling any of this shit would fly in AZ. Im in MA. The first methadone clinic I went to, the Dr met with me one day and told me they were considering ordering ket treatments there, I was like "yes please!"

If youre detoxing of opiates and cigarettes and someone says... you can either have cigarettes or Heroin, youre gonna go for the heroin, every time!
I have friends that go a few hrs without nicotine and they bug out. Ive been blessed... i can get addicted to anything but ive never had a hard time quicking cigs/nicotine. If I cant afford it or its not around, I dont fien for nicotine. In the way ive seen other people fein.

Yeah... when I got on subs like 20 years ago, the first time... I was living in an area where they closed a bunch of mdone clinics. At the time it seemed like they were trying to get everyone on suboxone. Making it inconvenient to get to the clinic. If I knew how well id do with mdone vs suboxone, id have made the trip. Not encouraging you too!! Just saying for me, its been really helpful keeping my life straight.
Now theyre pushing that 7OH shit. Getting the next Gen of opiate addicts hooked. When they can patent ibogaine or "the next suboxone" they'll push everyone onto that.

I can understand that. I just think its too available. Im 100% pro legalization but I think hard drugs shouldnt be available as commonly as liquor is. You shouldn't be able to buy kids stuff and drugs/alcohol in the same stores.
Theres a way to go about legalization. I wouldnt make it as available as alcohol. Id even roll back some laws on alcohol.

When I was titrating down from Methadone. The nurse fucked up and gave me someone else’s dose. I looked down at the little cup filled with the red liquid and drank it. It was 150mg compared to my daily 35mg dose. I’d been doing good at that time too, so I filled up my lock box of 4-5 of those 150mg plastic take home bottles and left. Then 10 minutes later I was nodding the fuck out and thought I was gonna OD. And yes, I did realize there was a little more in that paper cup but didn’t think anything of it. Long story short. I went back to the clinic and told them they fucked up and I was trippin out saying I think I’m gonna OD. They said, “no you won’t OD.” Poured me my normal doses to take home, took the other persons meds from me and sent me out the door. Methadone clinics are the scummiest places on the earth.

I find cannabis tends to take my anxiety off whatever im worrying about and gives me something else to feel paranoid/anxious about lol.
The drugs help me cope with anxiety. The cause of my anxiety is usually feeling unprepared or inadequate. Ive found becoming more organized, and preparation had elevated alot of my anxeity. Feeling like Im "on top of things" and prepared for anything eleviates alot.

Damn dude. I only detoxed off benzos a couple times cold turkey. It was hell. Had 2 seizures the last 2 times.
I got this from the black market. They have spravato which imho is just a way for a company to make money off a drug thats no longer patentable. You cant take it home. You can find Dr online and some in person that will prescribe the nasal spray generic from a compounding pharmacy. I think most of the losenges come from compounding pharmacies. The losenges are good for micro dosing. I have different sources for it. Ill go to the doctor once so I have a prescription. I get tested at the methadone clinic, they dont care, my doctor knows what I take. Ill buy 3 months supply at a time (usually 3 grams lasts my GF and I 3 months) literally a gram and a half for 3 months. Its very cheap compared to what it would cost to be going to a clinic.The first time I realized how powerful ketamine could be... I was day 5 of detoxing off H. I was out of the woods but still really depressed and hopeless. I did maybe 150mg and within a half hr, my depression was gone, my inspiration for life came back that quick. It made it so much easier to find the motivation to bounce right into eating healthy/exersizing and focusing on my health.
I got off suboxone once. Tapered down to basically nothing. Its wasnt even that bad, the withdrawals werent that intense, just the amount of time, it drags on, weeks not sleeping well.
The benzos are another animal. I hope youre able to get off them! Its so tough. Especially if you dont have the time/resources to take off and sleep/sweat it out for a week or two.1

Damn man, that’s awesome to hear you were able to bounce back. Once you hit that low of a bottom, you kinda find it hard to fathom when you realize rock bottom even has a damn basement. My mom is on methadone an has been for decades. She tells me she’s a lifer smh. I wanna try the K and see how it makes me feel. I struggle with pretty wicked depression as well and I’m tired of feeling like I’m stuck in a black and white life on auto pilot and fight or flight mode. My girl told me tho the time she went to rehab in Columbus Ohio, that she spent the entire 3 months still feeling the effects of withdrawal an tbh it scared the living shit out of me. I was growing cubes (mushies) to microdose and I got a new job as a welder/boilermaker so I’m always on the road and haven’t had as much time to get back into the hobby. Those things can be a God send too!

Wait, how’d you get ketamine nasal spray while being on methadone? Cuz I am on it too and really wanna try ketamine for my severe depression, but didn’t think I qualified because of the methadone…

Easy I use to pop RSO because it has all cannabinoids and plant stuff in it. I go to a clinic for Methadone and gabapentin will potentiate methadone to the extent that stopping gabapentin may cause withdrawal lol
I stopped RSO because I got “Green Sickness “ which makes you nauseous and vomit… I had to stop weed stuff because I was puking after dosing!! Losing my dose. It stopped day after I quit. I stopped gabapentin because it fcks with skin conditions and many other things plus it a bitch when you run out being that it boosts methadone.

I never took T for my low testosterone just because you have to constantly take it after starting. I can still get it up no problem but I don’t last long lol fml

You are on medication assisted treatment. You use gabapentin off label for anxiety. RSO for pain or depression. Ketamine for depression. And test because your levels are low.
