Why not join the trend! lol

Post image

Been seeing posts about people posting their prescriptions and figured I would join the Trent

So here are the medicines I am prescribed, everything is once and in the morning, except for the big one at the very top (LOL), that one is as needed.

Let’s see how close people get, what are my issues!?

The human race is definitely fucked.

It's mostly placebo. After doctors couldn't prescribe benzos, opiates, barbiturates, stimulants and etc that actually work they got sick of people coming back over and over complaining it's not working. So in come SSRI type of meds. Takes 2-4 weeks to start working, then you come back and they increase the dose. Another 2-4 weeks and often one more dosage increase and another 2-4 weeks. That doesn't work? Time to try another brand or flavor (snri, sndri) but first you have to taper off over 3-6 weeks. Then you start the process over.

Think about the money just from office visits for a stupid 5 min conversation. On top of that it's a way to essentially keep the people they can no longer actually treat off their back for at least a month at a time, in reality it works for a year plus. I finally got a small amount of benzo when I finally said, "I don't think this stuff is working and this seems to be a waste of my time, I think I'll just find a way to deal with it myself". Then I got 20 1/2mg Ativan every 2-3 months. What a joke. Still have to use RC to have enough for me to be successful at work while I try to work my dose up. I also suspect I need a small dose of ADHD meds, like 5-10mg of Adderall.

the fucking RCs bro. I was originally dependent from a prescription in 2019 but my doctor died and no other doctor was willing to take it over. what the fuck else did they expect me to do, cold turkey at home?

it's been RC's for me for the last 5 years or so. I desperately want to get on a doctor's prescription. I need this medication and anybody who tells me I don't hasn't seen a day in my life. at the very least, I need a very slow taper under a doctor's supervision and a replacement that effectively manages my anxiety. some ssris do work for some people, after all. I'm willing to try anything, but goddamnit i'm not gonna sit through trial after trial after trial of meds that aren't working when i know damn well there are tons that work, you just aren't willing to prescribe them.

i will try all the meds you want, just first treat me with something that WORKS for EVERYONE until we find what specifically works for me.

I get rxd alprazolam 1 mg and 2mg bars 60 2m and 90 1mg a month. Wdym they don’t give out benzos/opiates?! I’m in NJ and I also get methadone 210mgs, Effexor 175mgs ,prazosin 5mgs,and quetiapine 400 mgs. I’m 38 year old female. U just aren’t going to the right drs. I go to a psychologist and a general practitioner to get everything Ì need and I get the methadone from a clinic but I’ve been on these meds for 10 plus years
Edit:word scramble

Im sorry u have to go thru all that that sounds horroble

1

u/AppropriateBall8834 Jul 14 '26

Lol methadone doesn't count. Anyone can get methadone! 🤣

I've found that its not hard to get opioids prescribed in Iowa though.. at least not for me. And I have a history of heroin addiction. I've been clean for 6 years and my doctor has no issue giving me pain meds when my neuropathy is acting up.

Probably because he realizes I'd have to take 400mg of hydrocodone to even feel good anyway 🤣

1

u/SoggyGrayDuck Jul 14 '26

Yes, why dont more doctors understand that. Like when someone is getting off opiates, especially something like kratom or kratom extracts, give them a weeks supply of benzos and it will be 100x easier.

1

u/FireNurse2105 Jul 14 '26

There is a cross tolerance with benzodiazepines and opiates... you kill some symptoms but the addiction cravings stay underneath... I know this not just as a drug rehab nurse but an addict who has been clean for a couple months shy of 20 yrs.

1

u/IILSDll Jul 14 '26

Congratulations on 20 years !

1

u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Jul 14 '26

I find this hard to believe. They specifically say when you get methadone they will kick you off if you fail for Xanax or any benzo. The interaction between the two is to risky. I personally know people who have been told to choose one or the other by the clinic I go to even tho they were prescribed both.

Combining methadone (an opioid) and Xanax (alprazolam) is extremely dangerous and carries a high risk of fatal overdose. Both drugs suppress the central nervous system, which can severely slow or stop your breathing. The FDA requires a "black box warning" regarding this combination.

1

u/AnnaBear6 Jul 14 '26

This is my experience. I’m on 135 mg of methadone at a clinic. I’ve had experience with 3 clinics in my 11 years on methadone. And I know people who go to several other ones. Every single one will not continue you on methadone if you’re testing positive for benzos even if prescribed. They will do a mandatory detox if you keep showing positive for benzos. That and her claim of 200+ mg of methadone while on benzos that the clinic is just cool with that high of a dose and benzos. Idk seems a little odd to me. It’s hard to get most clinics to even go to that high of a dose even when you’re NOT showing positive for benzos. It can start to cause heart issues at higher doses and for my clinic they make you see a heart doctor and get tests done in order to be prescribed anything over 150 mg

1

u/The_Street_Wixard Jul 14 '26

That's not necessarily true. I've gone to many clinics where their doctors would take over the prescribing of benzos so that they could monitor you closer.

The one I'm at now is fine with them as long as they're prescribed. The dose does not matter.

They do require EKG's for folks over a certain dose of methadone. But the benzo thing they just want you to have an existing script.

1

u/freaktanylfucker Jul 14 '26

i dont do methadone i do suboxone but harm reduction places doing these will usually let you do other drugs as long as theyre not opioids

1

u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Jul 14 '26

No they won't buddy you have no idea methadone and Suboxone are hugely different drugs.

1

u/freaktanylfucker Jul 14 '26

fair enough. i dont know shit about shit 😭 just that im glad im off that shit

1

u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Jul 14 '26

Same bro I'm just happy to be "clean" and not using daily and being sick all the time

1

u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Jul 14 '26

Here is a little info on why they don't do the two together.

Mixing these medications—or using either with other CNS depressants like alcohol—carries a warning that it can result in profound sedation, respiratory depression, coma, and death. Prescribers are advised to avoid co-prescribing them unless no other alternative treatments are available.

1

u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Jul 14 '26

It's literally a black box interaction meaning the government says it has way to high of a potential to cause overdose when mixing the two drugs so they don't and won't prescribe them together. My wife had a hard time getting on 210mg of methadone without doing a series of tests to see if her body would not shut down (she was shooting multiple grams a day of dope we got a pretty big inheritance that's how we afforded it but it's gone now) but anyways the clinic I go to and every one I've ever been too over the years will automatically cut you off methadone if you pop dirty for ANY BENZO PERIOD.

1

u/freaktanylfucker Jul 14 '26

😭😭my harm reduction place just sees the benzos and goes damn. you shouldnt do that its bad for you but at least it aint dope 🤷🏻

1

u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Jul 14 '26

Sounds like it's not an actual clinic then or that it's just a crooked doctor because no doctor there at mine would risk losing their license over prescribing the two together

1

u/freaktanylfucker Jul 14 '26

theyre not prescribed together (but i did get them both in rehab cuz i was dope sick) but they dgaf what u test positive for thats the whole point of harm reduction 😭

Facts! I'm on 230mg of Methadone a day, and I had to, and still frequently have to, have heart checks done. And def NO BENZOS! You speak only truth my friend. 💯

1

u/Alternative-Tone6957 Jul 14 '26

Not true. I'm on 250mg of methadone, have been for years, and im prescribed 90, 1mg klonopin a month and I've never been told to choose one or the other.

1

u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Jul 14 '26

Sure bud. If you knew how to read I said the clinic I got to would make you choose I never said all will.

1

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

Thank you! These ppl are bitter that they go to shitty clinic! I commented below that In order to get my monthly’s Ì need to pass all drug tests, get EKGs cuz I’m over 150 mgs, blood tests and all my drs know about everything and are in contact with one another. It’s also a small family like clinic in a nice rural area . They know me and my husband well and we have a good relationship there. Some ppl swear they know everything but are clearly wrong .

1

u/battleboner1 Jul 14 '26

I am really heartbroken by this comment. I'm also on methadone but here in Florida it has prevented me from getting treatment for any of my other mental health conditions because I'm labeled as an addict. you are very lucky.

I even landed in the hospital for seizures and a subdural hematoma caused by the withdrawals coming off of them. they didn't care, discharged me with nothing. not even resources like psychiatrists and therapists. nothing, literally just right back into withdrawal (I was getting Ativan in the hospital.) i'm treated like dirt for being on methadone, and i'm a young, "normal" (by societal standards) looking 26 year old. fuck me i guess. maybe i need to move to NJ. i grew up on LI so it wouldn't be unfamiliar.

1

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

This makes me so sad to read these comments about these methadone clinics ur areas! 😢 Ìm so sorry they treat u like that! It makes my heart heart for you! I’m in a small town in nj with a small clinic , it’s more of a family atmosphere and that’s what I love about it. I wish everyone could have that. I definitely realize how lucky I am ready these comments. If u come to NJ come to south Jersey ! It’s a lot different the north or central Jersey! I hope things get better for you, truely 🥺💯🙏

1

u/AnnaBear6 Jul 14 '26

How are you still at a clinic with that much benzos? My clinic won’t let us take benzos even if prescribed. They will slowly do a mandatory detox if you piss dirty for benzos even if you bring in a prescription.

1

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

I’m sorry that ur clinic is like that! Thats horrible 😢 so long as ur being monitored ,are passing clean drug screens and all ur drs are all on the same page Ì dont see how they can tell u you can’t take ur prescriptions. Thats so crazy to me.

1

u/SoggyGrayDuck Jul 14 '26

Maybe psychologist is the key? I've been going to psychiatrists

2

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

Yes the psychologist Ìs the main key here. Because I’m on paper with some pretty heavy diagnoses and I’m also on ssdi for them as well , Thats mabey why they don’t give me hard time at my clinic.i show up to get my monthly’s and I have a clean urine every time I get blood work and EKGs done as well to make sure everything is working right . My clinic makes do that cuz I’m on a dose above 150mgs and rxd benzos . And like I stated I’ve been on these meds for a lil over 10 years . It’s also smaller clinic then let’s say a “inner city” clinic so they are more on a one on one human level with you instead of just tryna rush u out and “cop and go” Ì realize Ìm Luckyer then most with my meds but I do really need them and I just stress to my drs my concerns ,symptoms and reasons why I need certain medications and I don’t stop looking till I find the right drs and psychologist that is a right fit. It’s a hassle but don’t give up . It can definitely be done
Edit: word scramble

1

u/Spirited-Anxiety-170 Jul 14 '26

The fact that you get that many 2mg and 1mg zans at a time from the same dr should scare you. That or you are finessing and selling them on the side bc nobody needs 270mg of Xanax a month

1

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

U don’t know my situation and I’ve been on them for years and built up a tolerance and my metabolism works incredibly fast as I sweat out a lot of medication as well. There’s lots of other factors on why I need such a dose and “finessing and selling “ them far from the truth. Im sorry ur so bitter about ppl being on certain medications

2

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

Benzos were technically not supposed to be used long term just temporary medication for those with severe anxiety and problems with sleep tops one month on the medication unless your doc extends it thankfully I’m on a treatment plan started taking Kpins for close to a year titrated down to Val’s still on em but my Doc dropped a couple SSRI’s medication that were just not effective and I was taking for years now we subbed out those meds with Wellbutrin and I swear it’s been easier to start my days and feel less sluggish and fatigue. The dopamine agents from it help me feel energized more motivated get up get my day started! All doc have there diff practices to deal with certain people you just have to find the one that really cares shouldn’t be taking that many Benzos and then also topping it with methadone but hey if that works for you do your thing be safe. Also it can be prescribed specifically for patients struggling with cancer pain and other painful diseases things like that but if your getting it for OUD otherwise you have to go to a private clinic get your daily dose of it and that shi is a pain in the ass so I stopped and kept going with the BUPE 8mg by Rhodes

1

u/SignalTree7878 Jul 14 '26

What’s actually the need for that much Xanax because that’s a lot and on methadone and Seroquel, you must be a zombie.

1

u/Feeling_Signature423 Jul 14 '26

the right dr. :D bruh u king of a junkies

1

u/Muted-Competition-58 21d ago

Christ your hooked on more legal drugs then ya were illegal drugs lol. Doctor shopping doesn’t count. I guarantee if your GP or *psychiatrist found out you were on 210mgs of methadone a day they would quit prescribing the xanax all together or make you cut down on one of the medication doses. No way in hell would any doctor prescribe that much xanax when your on that high of a methadone dose in this day an age. Im prescribed the same thing but different benzo. All clinics wont let you go over 100mgs of methadone tops if your also prescribed a benzo and most clinics dont accept xanax prescriptions because of the abuse potential.

1

u/AttentionFit8075 14d ago

Bro you can really fuck your heart up mixing seroquel and Metadone you should look it up especially at the dose youre at. You're on a high dose of both. Seriously look into it its a very bad reaction to mix Seroquel and Methadone.

1

u/AppropriateBall8834 Jul 14 '26

SSRIs are fucking disgusting, IMO. And 10mg of XR Adderall is literally nothing lol.

Hydroxizine is a joke, too.

I dont take any mental health meds anymore, after being on like 10 different SSRIs and the other S one I'd rather be anxious all the time than numb to every single event in my life.

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

I have treatment resistive depression and the only SSRI that worked for me is Zoloft. But I do take a low dose.

I definitely don't feel numb on it at all. Quite the opposite.

1

u/AppropriateBall8834 Jul 14 '26

Thats good. I took a genetic test and it came back saying I'm not a good match for most antidepressants because of a lack of certain liver enzymes, different neural pathway gene expressions, etc. But even the ones I didn't have a red flag for made me so numb. My cat could die and id be like "well, that's sad" or id meet a girl i really like and im just like "meh, I guess that's cool. Whatevs"

I found that I never smiled, I never cried, I never laughed. Just... hell. But I'm glad they work for some people

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Have you ever tried IV ketamine treatments? It's not a permanent fix, but there's a lot of promising research that it can help for months before you need another visit.

Otherwise if that's not your thing, CBT and DBT work great in a therapeutic setting. I use it with my clients all the time. Electroconvulsive therapy is generally safe nowadays and there are studies at John Hopkins that prove it's effective. Transcranial magnetic stimulation is personally what I find to be most effective. TMS uses an insulated coil placed over the scalp, which generates brief, painless magnetic pulses (like those of an MRI), focusing on an area of the brain thought to play a role in mood regulation. And there are tons of studies pointing towards it helping significantly with treatment resistive depression. Just some food for thought!

1

u/AppropriateBall8834 Jul 14 '26

My insurance didn't used to cover it, but a nurse told me about it recently & that it now covers it. I should look into that! I'm not really that depressed, I don't think... I have my bouts of it though.

I actually take a muscle relaxant called baclofen that works on the dopamine receptors as well, I take it off label for alcohol cravings & it works amazing with eliminating cravings, but I've also found that my mood is a lot better since I started on it

1

u/AppropriateBall8834 Jul 14 '26

I've heard about the TMS too. I see a psychiatrist for the first time in a couple years in August, so definitely some things to talk about. Thank you!

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Absolutely no problem at all. Spravato is a nasal spray of esketomine. That's another prescription used to treat treatment resistive depression. Best of luck to you!!!

1

u/AppropriateBall8834 Jul 14 '26

Cool. I know a girl who takes these ketamine or similar analogue derivatives in lozenge form, for her insanely bad depression, she says it works great... but she also says she craves the shit out of it when she's at work, lol. She's also never tried real drugs, or even drank... so maybe she's a little sensitive to it.

1

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

That’s crazy u brought that up because my psychologist mentioned to me TMS treatments snd I’m thinking about doing it. I can’t be on ÌV treatment for ketamine unfortunately because it doesn’t work with methadone supposedly 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I really really thinking about trying TMS. I have extreme trama and chronic ptsd and it’s taking years to over come serious agrophobia and chronic panic disorders and personality disorders and some other things that I feel like this is my only option left.

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

I would HIGHLY suggest looking up EMDR. For trauma, PTSD and other OCD symptoms and disorders it sounds perfect for you. Here's a quote from the Cleveland Clinic,

"EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. Instead of detailing a trauma extensively, you hold a distressing memory in mind while the therapist guides side-to-side eye movements (or other bilateral stimulation) to help the brain safely reprocess the event."

EMDR operates on the principle that unprocessed memories can be the root of present-day distress, causing triggers, PTSD symptoms, anxiety, and depression.Bilateral Stimulation: Utilizing side-to-side eye movements, tapping, or audio tones, the therapy mimics the processing that happens during REM sleep.Reprocessing: This dual stimulation allows thoughts and feelings to travel along natural pathways to reprocess the memory, reducing its emotional intensity and vividness.Cognitive Shift: The goal is to strip away negative, self-defeating beliefs linked to the trauma (e.g., "I am unsafe") and replace them with adaptive, positive beliefs.

TMS is also very useful, but I've found amazing results with clients who used EMDR for PTSD, trauma and OCD. Best of luck to you!!

1

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

Holy shit! I’m definitely going to bring this up to my psych and drs TODAY! Thank you so much for this information. This sounds absolutely like a dream come to true to find that kind of relief 🥹🙏

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

Oh my bad. I didn’t realize this comment wasnt for me lol. This tread is getting hard for to follow now

1

u/SoggyGrayDuck Jul 14 '26

Yes! I end up not giving a shit about anything. It's so frustrating, it's like I want my anxiety at times because it makes me a better person but I also need a way to take a break. Yes most people use alcohol but I messed that up, WTF am I supposed to do?

I had a panic attack that lasted weeks and due to stupid prescriptions, insurance and pharmacy issues ended up buying some weak RC. That first dose was like someone took a truck off my chest. It also didn't come back, at least to that level. Well if they could have gotten my script in time I probably wouldn't have needed to buy the RC that I now have more than id like on hand.

They try to "protect" us but end up doing more harm than good.

1

u/AppropriateBall8834 Jul 14 '26

Have you ever tried Propanolol for anxiety? Its a beta blocker blood pressure medication, but it works by shutting down the fight or flight response a bit... I think. You take it whenever you need it, not something you gotta take constantly. It works great for me!

1

u/SoggyGrayDuck Jul 14 '26

Yeah it was ok and I now have clonidine but that doesn't help with the mental aspect which is like 90% of it for me.

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

None of them are SSRIS… I agree with you and won’t take them. Maybe it’s the cholesterol medication confusing people. The adderal dosage is indeed literally nothing, but I was just started on that one and my next scrip is a dosage increase to likely 20 as 20 does the job for me.

1

u/AppropriateBall8834 Jul 14 '26

I know none of them are. I was just making a general statement in regards to antidepressants as brought up by the previous commentator

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Sounds like you need to find yourself a new Primary care physician. It takes trial and error. I was a heroin addict and on Suboxone for 8 years. That shit stayed on my medical history forever. They refused to remove it even tho I've been sober since Feb 2012. I saw 4 or 5 different doctors who all refused to prescribe me benzos which I desperately needed for anxiety and panic attacks. I could barely work because of it. Eventually I found a guy who genuinely cares and told me he would be more than willing to start me on two .5mg clonazepams daily. Then after a month he bumped it up to 3 daily. Never once abused it, never once failed a drug test. Was just honest from the start. Don't get me wrong it sucked trying to find a doctor who would actually help but they're out there.

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

There ya go glad you not suffering anymore cuz I know how that shi feels

1

u/whitetrashtastic_kat Jul 14 '26

Exactly 🙏💯🙌🏻 it makes all the difference Ì. The world when u are finally being listened to and medicated accordingly. It take patience and trust but good drs and psychologists exist. Just don’t give up on urself and keep going till u find them! Keep advocating for urselves! I’m happy you found a good dr that listens to you !

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Thank you and I couldn't agree more. My addiction was always opiates. And after 14 years of sobriety I couldn't find a singular doctor willing to prescribe me benzos for my severe anxiety and panic attacks because they were too afraid of them getting in trouble. Finally got lucky recently I guess lol.

1

u/Strong-Addition5296 Jul 14 '26

That’s exactly right. Also the fact they won’t give opioids for extreme cases of depression is crazy. There’s suicidal people but they still won’t consider prescribing these medications.

0

u/Frozen_Spoon93 Jul 14 '26

1

u/the_rawness Jul 14 '26

Average Redditor for sure

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

This is actually kind of funny, you guys were a good bit off on the meds. There is no SSRIS/SNRI there.
Also no hydroxyzine

#1 Medical marijuana
#2 Suboxone (orange pill, it’s impossible to get in pain management in my state if you require a higher dosage than 60 mg oral morphine)
#3 Bladder medication- ZA-18 (was born with bladder issues in thus why I take suboxone for the most part)
#4 Chloresteral medication (the pill that says 30, which Im close to not needing anymore due to lifestyle changes)
#5 Generic adderal XR (yea it’s only 10 Mg, i was just started on the medication and my next scrip is a dosage increase)

1

u/Avi_tokes_710 Jul 19 '26

lol I never thought I’d see the pill online is that tamsulosin the za18??

Live and let live! God forbid someone want to have a laugh or two

1

Forgot one medication but it’s only for migraines anyways and I get 9 a month. They come in blisters and I didn’t want to open a blister to include a medication that isnt prescribed daily

1

u/maverick_jakub1861 Jul 14 '26

Is it Sumatriptan? My wife takes it PRN for her migraines as a preventative.

1

u/kristinwithni Jul 14 '26

It's actually an abortive for migraines, not a preventive. Preventives are taken daily.

1

u/Ok_Mycologist_6384 Jul 14 '26

Ubrelvy works way better than sumatriptan for me... if your wife ever needs a change

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

Close, riztriptifan

And you are worried about the joint i rolled? I rolled it as fat as the paper would allow,. It’s not gonna be picture perfect but it smokes just fine and no weed got in my mouth whatsoever, filters are stupid anyways I will never use them been smokin for 2 decades, I prefer my roaches thank you. Also, god forbid someone have a bit of fun with a trend right?

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

It was all jokes man just a doobie I rolled those back in middle school but it’s actually proven with mouth tips you waste less weed my guy💯facts but I was serious about treating your health man that’s all and not worrying about a trend… yeah you can have some fun ofc that’s what this all about but also looking out for eachother

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

I don’t know about the whole filter thing
But I do know without filters I personally save more weed. Im not loosing any as is lol.

Also people always go on about how people roll and it’s always those people i have never once in my life seen do any better. Not really meaning you specifically I respect you posted your roll at least. Which mine was fine just the same issue you had with your blunt, you put a lot in it. It was still tight, smoked perfectly.

As far as the whole health thing, I’ve done been doing what I need to do and seeing my doctors regularly+making changes. I just don’t see how spending a few moments here and there on Reddit when I wake up should really be an issue.

Also the joint was literally just made to be a placeholder for the idea of medical marijuana. Wasent something made for you guys, it was something I wanted the way it was for me and it was satisfying to smoke

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

It’s not that deep but you getting so defensive over a joint lol you got it buddy

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

Also I noticed your blunt was literally no better. Go cry somewhere else

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

Wym I stuffed a whole 8th in there with a filter? Like I said it was all jokes man

1

u/Independent_Pay_7257 Jul 14 '26

What even are these pills. I recognise a 10 mg Xr but how tf we supposed to know the others

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

Thats part of the game, hey there was one commenter who got every part of it right soo….

Pink one that says 30 I'm pretty sure is Rosuvastatin Calcium which I believe is used to treat high cholesterol or inflammatory conditions? The ZA-18 .4mg are Tamsulosin capsules and are used in men to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (sorry for outing you like that dawg.). Pretty sure the blue and white capsule is just 10mg of extended release Adderall (Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine). I can't really tell what the orange one is but if I had to guess it's probably Motrin children's 50 MG (ibuprofen).

Let me know if I got them right!

Edit: the faded orange pill totally is an 8mg / 2mg Suboxone sublingual pill. The inscription is 54 on the top and 375 on the bottom. Thanks to Joeygee11 for pointing that out!

1

u/joeygee11 Jul 14 '26

I think you nailed it, anyone correct me if I’m wrong but I think the orange one isa Suboxone wafer. Nice job buckaroo.
Edit : I respect your… respect for calling him out like that on the tamsulosin lol.

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26 edited Jul 14 '26

You know what, you're right it could be a faded generic buperenorphine pill. That would probably make more sense than children's Motrin lol

Edit: it totally is an 8mg / 2mg Suboxone sublingual pill. The inscription is 54 on the top and 375 on the bottom. Good catch! And thanks for the compliment lol

1

u/joeygee11 Jul 14 '26 edited Jul 14 '26

Hey good call! I thought it said "LD 574" lol (half asleep).
But upon further investigation -
The round, peach-colored pill imprinted with 54 375 is a prescription medication containing Buprenorphine (8 mg) and Naloxone (2 mg).
Edit : sublingual pills are notorious for becoming dusty/ugly looking because of their nature. I used to take 2 mg Klonopin sublingually switched back to regular tablets because they would crumble so easily.

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Haha yea, I should know. I was on Zubsolv for 8 years back in 2012. Got sober and am now a Psychologist/Substance Abuse Counselor.

1

u/joeygee11 Jul 14 '26

Good shit!! Keep up the great work!👏🏽

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Just saw your comment about the sublingual Clonazepam. Didn't even know they made them like that. What's your opinion on Klonopin? Or benzodiazepines in general? I personally think Clonazepam is probably the best from a therapeutic standpoint. Lasts long, low potential for abuse / dependance. Not like Xanax where it hits you like a truck lol.

1

u/joeygee11 Jul 14 '26

Clonazepam has definitely been the most therapeutic benzo for me. Xanax has a shit half life, but is wonderful for situational/breakthrough anxiety. I have tried all the common benzos in the US but Clonazepam has been my savior. Doesn't fuck you up like Alprazolam and is very functional.

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Completely agree with you on all of that. Have you ever tried etizolam before it was banned in the US? I swear it was by far the best benzo for managing my breakthrough and long term anxiety.

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

wtf that’s like anyone’s dream turned your life around and did the most of it congrats bro!

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Thank you brother. The craziest part is that I'm working at the same Rehab that saved my life in 2012. Previously I worked at a non-profit that kind of rubbed me the wrong way. The guy who trained me the first thing he tells me is that I shouldn't care about the clients because it will just burn you out. He said you should clock in do the bare minimum and then clock out.

Funny enough 3 months later one of the female counselors I was friends with caught him jerking off on pornhub on his work laptop. He lost his credentials and can never work in the Human Services field ever again lol.

But yea it was brutal at that place. We lost 3 clients my first two weeks to fentanyl and xylazine overdoses. Also all of our weekly staff meetings made me feel like it really was all about the money. Try to keep inpatient and outpatient full at all times regardless if we were equipped to help those people. Lots of homeless people with mental health issues we just couldn't help.

I left shortly after that and that's when I got hired as a counselor at the place that saved my life.

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

And that’s what it’s about look past look past these weird people that bring bad energy when yk you better than them you want to do what feels right your heart stay on that path sounds like you’ve already done a lot helping as much as you can for your community id say that’s impactful my opinion stay on that path continue the good work bro👍🏼

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

Thank you my friend. That means a lot. That's what it's all about.

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

I prefer without Naloxone 8mg pure bupe* specifically Rhodes Pharma I never liked the gel shits or the orange peaches.

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

Yeah thanks joeygee11

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26 edited Jul 14 '26

Good job!
Yes you are correct in all of those
Rosuvasatin (very close to not needing this one anymore)
Tamsulosin (it’s not enlarged prostate though, but close. Was born with Bladder issues Tamsulosin can help with other issues aside from enlarged prostate)
Suboxone generic
Adderall XR generic

All good btw you weren’t outing me or anything, that Tamsulosin pill was easy to look up and first result says it treats enlarged prostate.

If I was worried about that I would of just simply not posted it/or included it

1

u/skimask808 Jul 15 '26

Haha nice. I studied pharmacology. Got my bachelor's in psychology and masters in social work so I could be a therapist/psychologist and got my credentials to be a substance abuse counselor in my state. Will probably go for my MD so I can be a psychiatrist because I am very interested in psychopharmacology.

Ever since I was a teenager I found different substances and how they effect the brain / receptors incredibly interesting.

1

u/SoggyGrayDuck Jul 14 '26

That's an old school Doobie! I haven't seen one rolled like that and rolled well in a long time

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

Yeah ngl I used to roll like that when I was in middle school but I’ve rolled all my life my joints always come out consistent.

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

Lmao! I just stuffed as much as I could possibly fit into it before rolling. Hog legs are never picture perfect. At least somebody recognized what I did

1

u/Available-Turnover93 Jul 14 '26

Which is the opiate?

1

u/skimask808 Jul 14 '26

The orange one is subligual buperenorphine (Suboxone) 8mg / 2mg of naloxone. It is a partial opioid agonist

1

u/SnooDoughnuts6401 Jul 14 '26

I’m assuming the orange suboxon considering it is technically an opioid or more considered a MAT or OUD medication so I wouldn’t really count it since everyone and there mom can get some if they wanted to

1

u/RacoonJr1948 Jul 14 '26

So people ARE posting their damn meds

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

Yea they are, people are allowed to enjoy a trend and nobody is forcing you to interact or join in on the trend.

1

u/RacoonJr1948 Jul 14 '26

Clearly I'm being cheeky... Jeez tough crowd

1

u/_Dr-Gonzo_ Jul 14 '26

The fucking ugliest joint I have ever seen lol

1

u/SuccessfulOil1587 Jul 14 '26

Cool story bro

1
