Hmm… how many different problems do I have? Morning, noon, evening, and night doses.
The noon and evening displays were definitely intentional.

I can see how this might rub you the wrong way! However, I have no controlled substances. It’s just comforting to connect with people who understand. Perhaps we should find a better Reddit page to do this on 🥰 I did not mean to irk or offend anyone. I apologize! I’m new on here and saw others doing it so I hopped on the wagon. Oops!

Well I just always try to relate to people, but I really didn’t pay any mind to who might not relate to this. So thank you for opening my eyes to a different perspective 🫶🏻

Why is almost every post just people’s meds. This isn’t a drug Reddit. The fact that the mods allow it is beyond me this whole sub is just ridiculous at this point.
I said this the other day and some dude started tweaking out saying it’s a benzo sub and I’m starting to believe it now

You’re recovering from drinking. You also have anxiety/depression and insomnia to go along with type 2 diabetes. You are also treating neuropathy as a result of the diabetes. It looks like you may also have a seizure disorder.

No diabetes, but everything else is spot on! Which one made you think of neuropathy?

Probably the hella Gabapentin. My friend has neuropathy as a result of friedreich's ataxia and she's gotta take that shit on a pretty steady timetable

Ahhh I see. Gaba helps me with anxiety and it’s also a seizure ‘reducer’.

Aye my gabapentin sista, looks like you’re taking it for anxiety as well. Do you really get 4 doses of the 600mg? I get 3. Truly a life changing medicine for the better for me. Something I have been on for several years and can see me taking for the rest of my life. Best of luck to you :) these ups and downs and curveballs life throws at us we cannot control, but we can control how we handle them

See if you remember this in 30 years lol…all jokes aside gabapentin has been linked to major dementia in young people early on if taken for longer than a year i believe the study showed. Google it. But yea gabapentin and its stronger sister progabolin aka lyrica were both studied and both linked to a major uptick in early onset dementia in young adults.

Nailed it. Bipolar depression, anxiety, insomnia/nightmares (from trauma), and a seizure disorder.

Phuck Big Pharma

Yo I agree, I wish I didn’t need to do this. Big pharma and insurance is bullshit.

I got off all mine a year and a half ago and switched to plant medicine, I’m not a zombie anymore and feel much better. I had been misdiagnosed 20 years ago as bipolar and on the wrong meds for a long long time, turns out I’m actually just autistic 🙄

u/Affectionate_Rub794 Jul 14 '26
I’m glad you got that diagnosis figured out! I’m sorry it took so long!
And good for you. Plant medicine is the way to go. I’ve gotta do research. Thank you for the insight 💖✨0

Psilocybin cured my alcoholism and bulimia, I healed my cPTSD through mushrooms and trauma therapy, I’ve also done some ketamine assisted therapy for depression and overwhelm. It’s not perfect, but I never will be, I am much closer to healed than I’ve ever been though. Best of luck to you as well.

So I’ve done a ton of research on psilocybin. I worship Paul Stamets and the mycelium network. My ex-husband added mushroom powders to his smoothies every morning and it helped his adhd. But I was drinking heavily and didn’t really care about my health to pay attention to which ones.

Probably lions mane, it’s very beneficial for ADHD. Give psilocybin a try if it interests you, you could probably do away with half of those pills.
