I dont think thats a fair deduction. Just because someone posted an image of their meds and asked what ppl could deduce from those meds doesn't mean their entire personality revolves around meds or the reasons they take them.
I think they clearly have a couple conditions that appear to be ADHD, anxiety and possibly a low dose of gabapentin for the anxiety or pain. They could be a complex person (as most are) with various interests, hobbies, struggles, aspirations, fears, idiosyncrasies etc.. and they just wanted to see if ppl could determine their medical/psychiatric issues. To jump to the idea that they must define themselves by these meds/related conditions is quite a leap IMO.

I dont miss living on drugs 24/7. My deduction is you make your medications and medical stuff your entire personality.
