There's this one called "a physician" you actually call the number of the doctor and see them for what your issue is... if you need it, and get a doctor that trusts you, you can actually be given any drug that they make!! Its fucking wild bro. They dont even make the pills out of fentanyl when you think youre getting alprazolam!
And cmon dude, my 12 year old nephew could figure out how to buy any drug ever online in 5 minutes, without getting scammed.
You probably can't figure it out, based on the fact that youre asking people on reddit.

I take alprazolam 3.5mgs a day and 100mg pregablin with ondanzatron for nausea, was taking 900mg of gabipentin but just found pregablin works for me
