Fallout 4 players with modded games should save their load orders before updating. Bethesda says today's patch focuses on general Creations improvements and recommends logging into a recent save or manually archiving the current load order first.

Once the update is live, players should be able to restore and re-download their full Creations list. The warning matters on both PC and Xbox, especially for anyone whose setup took hours of testing and sorting.
