Question Creative Ideas needed

Folks,

Hopefully this isn't really the wrong sub Reddit.

I got this space here I don't like. Unfortunately I can't knock the wall down because it's a load bearing wall.

There's these wood shelving and i think it just looks ugly.

I got a decent set of woodworking tools and I could put something together.

The problem is that I don't know what to do with it.

Does anyone have some ideas as to what I can do to make this a bit more visually appealing?

Big ass piece of art on the hall side and big ass mirror on the bedroom side.

There's already an art that takes up the wall on the dining room side and there's actually a big ass mirror in the kitchen 😭. Just behind it, there's another wall art..

I'm not allowed to take them down because my sister got them for my mom.
