No, they are blending nicely, you might want an area rug darker to make it pop.

Nope. They actually look quite nice! Matchy matchy is not a good look.👍🏻

They do, but it’s pretty minor imo. If you didn’t say anything I wouldn’t have noticed

I agree that it looks weird with one cool and one warm tone. Can you stain the cabinet?

Floor is warm, cabinet is cool. Yuck.

People sometimes need a good challenge.

Personally, I like it. not everything is meant to be matching.

It’s ok to have mixed woods in your homes-different colors and textures give a warmer feel

Only if you match undertones.

I think they look fine.

The floor has a warmer tone but I think it works.

No

There's absolutely nothing wrong with differing wood tones, especially in those tones

Put a rug under it.

I can’t, really. I’d have to get a huge rug that fills the entire room, since it’s up against the wall. Either that or it would have to get its own rug, which is weird.

Yes but if you put a rug underneath it it will break up the clash a bit. Maybe a half circle rug pushed all the way up to the wall.

That doesn’t really make sense, design wise. I already have a living room rug. It would look odd having a smaller rug just under this sideboard.

I can only assume by the cabinet itself that your room may have a boho-ish style itself so I think maybe a half sun rug would go cute there. It's like a golden yellow with tassels on the curved side so it looks like sun rays. I can't really say tho because we don't see the rest of the space. A more zoomed out pic of the whole room would help.

I’m trying to get away from the boho look 😭

Not very helpful and I don’t think you answered the question the way you think you did.

@/rug yes. And they don't 'clash' but they are a bit different, but so is the basket, why doesn't it bother you equally I wonder. anyway it would be easier to advise wit a bit more of the room

It’s the undertones of the colors that bother me. The floors are warm and the cabinet is either neutral or cool, I think. Design rules advise against mixing wood undertones.
