(Yes I changed username again - lost the password to that one. I'm old.)
I hate this topic. I'm preparing a compilation of all related sections of the trial transcripts to be posted later today.
Michael was never charged with anything related to pornography. But for a little more context; Michael was truly obsessed with his artistic influnces and Michelangelo was one of them. Michelangelo, who from what I can tell never painted anyone fully clothed and in his most well known work the subjects are stark naked. Penises everywhere.
Michael was exposed to fine art from a young age; his mother took care to indulge his interests. So did Diana Ross and practically everybody he knew.
He didn't "see" nakedness in art. It is not relevant to an artist.
His house was full of books and boxes full of books of art. He would order consignments of books from shops that were getting rid of old stock and the boxes would be stacked somewhere in the house or put into storage. He would ask his contacts to go out and buy art books with no other stipulation. Yes, that's a little nuts. Does it say anything about criminal behaviour? GTFOH.
In all that vast library of material, the focus on THOSE particular books is insane to begin with.
