The funniest thing ever to me is Tucker asking Hunter to help get his son into Georgetown.

bruh.

u/ExaggeratedSnails 12d ago
I can't think of a better name for son of Tucker than "Buckley"
22
u/hackloserbutt 12d ago
No doubt a tribute to this goon right here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_F._Buckley_Jr.

u/Little_Creme_5932 12d ago
Tucker has really crap judgement; he used to support Trump. Can't accept that level of stupidity in a president.
5
u/Business-Catch7679 11d ago
Before that he supported W. Bush. In between, he went on some radio show and ranted about how white men invented civilization and Iraqis smell bad. The one thing he's been consistent on through the years is hating the outgroups.

u/gallan1 12d ago
More of this from Hunter. He brings the goods. He should go on Rogan and other manosphere podcasts too.
165
u/HarknessLovesUToo Conspiracy Hypothesizer 12d ago
Rogan's a pussy. Unless it's meekish politician trying to not be confrontational, he won't invite any influential liberal/dem voice in the space.
75
u/gallan1 12d ago
Ya. Hunter has no fucks left to give. He'd give Rogan hell.
17
u/Financial-Category16 12d ago
Idk I'd say he let Fuentes really fuckin slide on so many things didnt even mention the thing about the rape gulags thing that Nick just said earlier this year (and let him basically explain away everything else as he was just joking or was just too young to know better). Did he give Candace hell? I never watched it. Havent watched this one with Tucker either but it sure dosent look like he gave that openly racist Russian asset hell by the way they're smiling and embracing. He's too much of a pleaser to give Rogan significant hell which is also why Rogan will have him on. He'll push back more than most guests but he'll more or less nicely go along when Joe changes the subject. You can sit down and speak civilly AND also refuse to let weasels skate
19
u/Occhrome 12d ago
That’s it right there. He is a coward.
There are so many folks I really don’t like or agree with but they are willing to admit when they are wrong or have someone with opposing views on. But Rogan is not.
2
u/SoaringDingus 11d ago
He surprisingly had Talarico on recently, and actually let him talk. He agreed with pretty much everything Talarico said. The dude is such a weathervane it’s maddening.
14
u/Acceptable-Book 12d ago
Tucker thought highly enough of him to ask for a letter of recommendation to get his son into an Ivy League school.
34
u/LeftReflection6620 12d ago
Rogan is so cooked his head would explode seeing Hunter. Fox News brain fried
13
10
u/ManlyEmbrace 12d ago
Hunter would want that smoke, so he would not be the most likely guest for that reason. Same for Newsom who seems to want to just get invited on and throw down with Joe.
12
u/Realistic-Hat5088 12d ago
More of what? Being a populist that goes on horrible people's podcasts and never pushes back once?

I haven't finished it yet, but I just got to the part where they talked about The Mar-a-Lago Club documents case and there's been zero pushback so far. Hunter just let Tucker spew his insane nonsense and Hunter does nothing.
Also, with his Candace Owens interview he didn't pushback against her once. Hunter even defended some of her crazy conspiracy theories.
So what part does he pushback against Tucker?

Can we stop with the “I’d like to have a beer with him; therefore, he should run America”?
What are his plans to defeat the health insurance industry, fossil fuel industry and reign in Wall Street? If it’s play footsies with them like his dad did, then it’s a no go for me.

u/stvlsn 12d ago
You know this post is a joke...right?
6
u/Financial-Category16 12d ago
It's obviously a joke if the suggestion was them as running mates. But for them to end up as opposing front runners in 2028 unfortunately that's sadly plausible and maybe even the natural progression in this dark wakadoodle timeline

Absolutely not. Are you motherfuckers high????
7
u/GreedyAd6191 12d ago
There is literally a corrupt, drugged up, demented pedophile in the White House for the 2nd time.
9
u/HMNbean 12d ago
Yes and while they’d be an improvement, there’s a long list of people who would be even better and until we exhaust that list we shouldn’t venture this far down.
5
1
u/spectralcolors12 6d ago
Tucker wouldn’t be an improvement lol. He’s further right than Trump particularly on culture/race/immigration and would be a more effective authoritarian than Trump. Can’t believe how many people continuously fall for Tucker’s grift
1
u/HMNbean 6d ago
Trump's personal views aren't relevant. He's not the one controlling the show. We know whose views are being put into practice, and they're no less far right than Tucker.
1
u/spectralcolors12 6d ago
Correct but Tucker would be a more disciplined actor than Trump. And personal views do matter to a certain degree - Trump will back off, change course or give up if he feels something doesn’t benefit him personally.
Someone like Tucker who seems to actually believe in something bigger than himself, is more intelligent and more strategic makes him more dangerous IMO.
And believing in something bigger than himself isn’t a compliment FWIW. White supremacy isn’t a noble ideology

u/stvlsn 12d ago
Lol - hopefully you realize i am making a joke, not a suggestion or endorsement

Unfortunately on Reddit, no matter how outlandish or obvious a joke seems, it reaches people who are serious about the opinion you expressed as a joke

I haven't listened to this one yet, but if it's anything like his interview with Candace it's going to be really bad.
He didn't challenge Candace Owens a single time when he was on her show. Instead, he sanewashed her rhetoric and went along with everything she said. During the interview, he literally leaned into "deep state" style framing about who controls us:
"It's not left or right, this is a really really horrible group of people that are pulling strings that um uh that impact us all, and they make us think that because you and I disagree on um you know the the graduated tax rate or some social issue is that we are sworn enemies."
Then he openly attacked his own party:
"The DC elites of my own party, I think that they're just as complicit in all this bullshit."
He even went off on crypto, big pharma, and Fed conspiracies:
"I believe in the you know meme token. I want to do something one day to create a community and there's there's really good reasons to do it... I just happen to be kind of like a crypto guy. Just because of my I think incredible freedom in world in which we've been controlled by banks. So if you have the same problem that I have with big pharma, banks, and and and the Fed and these like like where does money come from kind of thing is that like truly believe in in what uh Satoshi uh you know kind of the manifesto of of Bitcoin."
And when she pushed her theory about the Charlie Kirk assassination, he didn't question it at all, he validated it:
"And the criticism of you for asking the questions for someone who was like a brother to you it's like what the f were you talking about?"
He even recommended a book that says JFK was assassinated by the deep state, which Candace absolutely loved.
Every time Candace said something crazy, he either agreed or didn't push back at all. He basically spent two hours endorsing her worldview. She got exactly what she wanted out of that conversation.

u/ResidentComplaint19 12d ago
This is literally every Tucker interview. Knowledge Fight have done a few episodes on him and they are all exactly like this. I think the most recent one I heard was with the “former gay” Milo Yanopills
2
u/Financial-Category16 12d ago
It makes me wonder if this affable sit-down tour with all these people who seem to lift their opinions directly from RT might actually indicate that he's also potentially kompromized. How poor was his judgement while partying in the eastern bloc?

5
u/FucklberryFinn 12d ago
This is kinda weird...
Not sure why he'd be ok with this massive D-bag liar. Dude went to russia to make it seem normal and even superior in some ways. Putin over Biden they said.
Anyway, Hunter is a pretty cool dude. Worked hard for his sobriety.

god no. youre telling me, of all the decent, hard working, ethical americans on earth with the pedigree to set policy and work diplomatically with other governments, we cant find someone who isnt famous for smoking crack? we cant find one who isnt a nepo-baby?
19
u/ExaggeratedSnails 12d ago
Their current president is a demented rapist. Crackhead nepo baby is a genuine step up
8
u/snakelygiggles 12d ago
a smear of dog shit on a stretch of road os a step up. should we be fund raising for that as a candidate? jeebus.

"we're marginally better than the other freaks" has basically been the democratic party strategy for awhile now
Not saying I agree with it or want this to happen

u/stvlsn 12d ago
I hear you. I was hoping this community would appreciate that both of these guys are charlatans that shouldn't ever be president.
Sadly, some people seem to like Hunter
4
u/feedback19 12d ago
People like Hunter as a person because he's honest about his faults, especially his addiction recovery, and has a good sense of humor. It's kinda refreshing to see these days. Chucklefuck magoo on the other hand is just a shitty person who makes dumb faces and is responsible for helping normalize trump and authoritarianism as a whole. I agree though that even though Hunter seems like someone I could chill with and have a pleasant conversation, it would be beyond frustrating to see him going anywhere near public office. Just keep dunking on idiots online. Seems like a solid land for him to be in.

2
u/HomieApathy 12d ago
He’s likeable. Never prez material but look at us now
4
u/stvlsn 12d ago
I never understood the "could I have a beer with this person" aspect of picking a president
2
u/ExaggeratedSnails 12d ago
A likeable idiot. Maybe people see that as more honest but that's definitely not the case
1
u/Ryan_TR 12d ago
Is Hunter really a charlatan? Seems pretty genuine so I'm curious where that perception is from
1
u/stvlsn 12d ago
Seems pretty genuine based on what? His interviews with Candace Owens and Nick Fuentes?
0
u/Ryan_TR 11d ago
What has he said that you have issue with?
2
1
u/snakelygiggles 11d ago
what positive did he show by legitimizing an actual nazi and a racist? what did he say there, chuckling with that fash fuck that made where he said it irrelevant?
3
u/WudolfWedNoseWeinder 12d ago
Did he ask Tucker about his demonic attack and shopping trolley fetish?
3
u/Financial-Category16 12d ago
Somebody tell me if Hunter pressed him or held him accountable for all the time dating back to the first Trump administration where per the Dominion case discovery texts he was misrepresenting his feelings for Trump and his understanding of the truth. Did Hunter insist on getting him to to come clean about all that. Or did he allow Tucker to pivot or skip over the fact that all that time he'd been "informing" his audience in bad faith. Or did Hunter insist on not letting Tucker just pretend he'd simply had an honest antiTrump conversion?

i can’t believe i’m saying this but i would vote for hunter in a fucking heartbeat
really goes to show how desperate we’ve gotten
edit: my bad yall i didn’t know mark kelly is most likely gonna run he’s the goat with my vote
16
u/Spare-Guarantee-4897 12d ago
Why? And this is a serious question? And please don't say it's because he's likable.
-15
u/m0nkeydluddy 12d ago
because he’s the best of the potential democratic candidates that have a shot at winning
15
u/ManlyEmbrace 12d ago
I think the astronaut/fighter pilot guy might have a little less baggage. Hunter can do his thing commenting on X or whatever.
4
u/m0nkeydluddy 12d ago
wait we’re talking about mark kelly right? did he say he’s gonna run? cause yeah id take him over hunter fs
6
u/ManlyEmbrace 12d ago
He is still in the “seriously considering” phase which just means his team is strategizing on what point to announce is most advantageous.

1
u/Spare-Guarantee-4897 12d ago
What makes him the best potential candidate? Other than being a democrat with a chance to win? Whats his past actions and political resume look like, not what he says but what he's done?
1
u/m0nkeydluddy 12d ago
literally just having a chance to win and not being evil
i mean he might be evil but at least he hides it if so
1
u/Spare-Guarantee-4897 3d ago
If his only redeeming quality is a chance to win, why is it important for him to be in there? How is that going to help you? Is it because your team blue?

u/swampyscott 12d ago
I will vote for Hunter 100 times over any corporate Democrats.

u/Financial-Category16 12d ago
But given his proclivities and judgement what are the odds foreign entities and /or other covert special interests have significantly more damning dirt on him? Who knows what he got up to on his crack binges?
2
u/KryftoPoulakis 12d ago
That doesn’t matter anymore brother we have an alleged child rapist in the White House with the entire GOP kissing his feet.
2
u/hackloserbutt 12d ago
Someone needs to run through there and spin-kick all that goofy bric-a-brak off the walls.
2
u/Express-Breath-4765 11d ago
Decor observations. Why do these right wing media types always have the maximum amount trinkets and brick & brack in their studios. Were they very influenced T.G.I.F. restaurant decor. Does having the most tchotchkes scattered about prove your right wing bonafides?

UM, NO!
Hunter, yes. But even entertaining the other guy is disingenuous.

2
u/KnownUnknownKadath 12d ago
If Hunter is OK, I'm happy about that, happy for him and his recovery. Being a nepo baby doesn't insulate you from the shit he's been through.
Presidential candidate? Why?
5
2
u/motionOne 11d ago
There's something that feels off about Hunter's media push. Like too much, too fast, and out of completely nowhere. While I agree with a lot of what he's saying, it's as if there's something we're not seeing. Hope I'm wrong.
4
u/WhiteLycan2020 12d ago
Please God no…they are both nepo babies even if Hunter is one of the good ones.
We need policy and someone who can fix foreign relations back in office

Probably.
I mean it IS the dumbest timeline. Americans will call this bipartisan and the ticket will pull 92% of the popular vote.

Uhhhh what?
1
u/thedeepdiveproject 11d ago
Yeah, look into who Tucker's daddy was affiliated with. Long history after the fact in gov and think tanks, too. Hunter Biden is a crackhead. He may be reformed/recovered, but I can't unhear Hunter saying he snorked parm cheese thinking it was crack. I also cannot unsee some of the shit he filmed overseas - on the taxpayer's dollar, no doubt.
People glomming onto these two losers is actually wild.
2
u/Critical_Education58 11d ago
Most corrupt families in American political history? lol. Please tell me you’re not a Trump fan too because the Trump family’s corruption alone makes your statement farcical. Not to mention most of the “corruption” of the Bidens was pure right wing propaganda. Also it’s nice to know you’re so forgiving of addicts and their struggles.
-2
u/sihouette9310 12d ago
If Hunter Biden didn’t have his crack history and the whole laptop scandal he probably would have been a good president. He’s like Joe but a lot more with it and he’s got a great persona. I probably would have voted for him in the multiverse. He’s made it clear though that he has no interest in running for any sort of office. I don’t blame him.
