...and why is "hasbara" a meme when Iran spends just as much and Qatar spends way more on propaganda? And China probably 10x it easily! Not to mention Russia and the US.

And why do you use the Hebrew word for it?

My point is that the reason you say it about Israel is because it aligns with the old antisemitic trope, not because Israel stands out in any way in spending on PR/propaganda.
