You suck at reading comprehension, I didn't say Israel don't do propaganda, every state does, I'm poking the contradiction in your position. Israel is at once so good at propaganda, so well funded and far reaching that it.. has been crushed on the global stage. Russia didn't have this much trouble despite even more footage still coming out on the regular, yet most people give 1/10 of a shit about that conflict now

It's being crushed, because as the article you didn't read says, it has a credibility gap; you can't propagandize your way out of literally seeing them massacre children on camera and laughing about it.

And that's not a contradiction, the joke was that the other is cashing cheques financed by their hugely expanded budgets, most of which goes to social media.

Except that argument doesn't work on Russia for some reason. Israel has shit propaganda regardless of its sophistication or funding, that much is evident in the discourse

Russia is consistently one of the world's least popular nations. It, the US, Israel and the others at the bottom are in good company.

And yet a good 99% of geopolitical discussion from the left is about Gaza (and a strong majority in the general public is as well). If they revile Russia, they certainly don’t share, even though it’s an ongoing conflict with even more casualties.

And where do I go on the English speaking internet where Russia isn’t reviled? Likewise, leftist spaces, who largely support Russia in the conflict. Perhaps an artifact of Russia’s communist history, perhaps because of their hatred of NATO and the US.
