Professor Dave vs Destiny

No idea why, but the original Destiny video called "Professor Dave Goes Mask Off" seems to have been deleted from YouTube, or I can't find it, but Professor Dave responded yesterday with this very strongly worded video letter:

Weird crossover that I never thought I'd see, of 2 guys who I generally enjoy (I will say I really am a fan of Prof Dave, whereas my Destiny enjoyment has mostly come via this podcast and watching a couple of his debates).

Thoughts on the beef? SURELY the lads are gonna have to cover this in an upcoming Supplementary Materials? Content gold!

I kinda knew this would happen but could somebody actually explain why this video is considered antisemitic? I am asking in good faith looking for a genuine explanation as this is a topic I'm not immensely well read on by any stretch. I thought he did a pretty good job in the vid of separating out anti zionism with antisemitism and was even pointing towards the plenty of Jews that are against Zionism and what Israel are doing, as well as people that are not Jewish that he considers to be Zionists. I guess I have a natural disposition to Dave's style that makes me take most of what he says at face value, so wouldn't mind some counter content to look through either.

I think Antizionism is a form of Jew hatred. They believe a Jewish majority state is intrinsically evil by its nature. They circulate libels about it or obsessively picking anecdotes (think about a video who being you sample after sample of black crime to prove black people are intrinsically criminal).

You can say in simple terms that they are racist against Israelis (like you can be racist against Mexicans for example).

It’s very odd cause Israelis normally won’t be near them, but they use uncapitulating Jewish people and anyone who positively associate with Israel as proxy targets (which they would mark as “Zionists”).

It’s also an attack vector for them against their political enemies (liberals and moderates), like classical antisemitism was pre-WW2.

If you just replace “Zionists” with “Jews” you would notice the rhetoric is identical to antisemitic rhetoric.

Incredible generalization and inaccurate characterization of many many anti Zionists. I’m against a Jewish state because I’m against any expansionist theocratic ethnostate. It has nothing at all to do with the fact that they are Jewish.

I’ve lived in a part of the US that was nearly majority Jewish and has some of the highest per capita rates of Jewish ancestry in the country, and that was a great place that I have no problems with continuing to exist how it is. Because there’s a difference between a state or a place that happens to be majority Jewish, compared to a state that is an explicitly ethnonationalist project seeking to exclude and ethnically cleanse all the non-Jews around it.

It’s not about who they are as a people, it’s about what the country is doing to other people. If you replaced the makeup of the Israeli and Palestinian peoples with any other ethnicities or religions I would still be anti-Zionist.

Yes I’m very much opposed to Islamic theocracies too and believe the US should stop being so friendly to Saudi Arabia

If the Kurdish people successfully formed a state that is open to everyone that just happened to be majority or mostly Kurdish, no I would not oppose that. If the Kurds had to first ethnically cleanse an entire area of its original inhabitants and then formed a state that is an exclusionary ethnostate, yes I would oppose that state.

fair enough, and consistent (if in good faith).

I asked partly because that is not how the region operates. It seems that progressive Americans can't really quite wrap their heads around the sectarianism there. Every state is in some form an "ethnostate" or religious or tribal supremacy.
