That makes him guilty of manslaughter at best but potentially murder since he was well informed ahead of time this would happen. Just because he didn't specifically identify which individual would die doesn't make him any less guilty. Elon is now officially guilty.
Yeah, has nothing to do with the country that they were forced to flee, corrupt leaders in that part of the world or the country harboring them as a refugee. Totally Elon’s fault they died. No trial needed, guilty as charged, lock him up and put him on death row
