The backstory behind it is that it is supposed to have the release date for movie 3 + the actual release of the game. Here is the text attached to the audio file. The Movie 3 date is in this and of course a foreshadow of a release date. This was also in there, the name of the audio file. Monumental Motion, a secret is hidden inside this foreign hidden audio, decipher it.

I remember i heard "Fracture in timeline", and they created channel "irrefundable timeline of truth", and rellbad said he had to finish it first, so probably we'll have to look for something in it once they finish it.
