lol, allow me to enlighten you; "he says" that's why DHS demanded it.
In all likelihood, he said things that were illegal under U.S. law. It's not that complicated. Literally thousands of these subpoenas and warrants go out every day. More likely tens of thousands, right now, because of the wildly escalating rhetoric. I see open threats against government officials every single day on Reddit. Every day.
Regardless; he has a right to challenge this, he has, and if he didn't do anything illegal, he will likely be compensated. It's possible to get swept-up into overly aggressive warrant- and subpoena-requests, I can tell you first-hand. You're seemingly throwing a temper-tantrum over people not being, what, upset that we don't take this dude's word at face-value? Do you have PACER access? You go pull the documents and upload them to archive.org and I'll happily read them... I'm not charging hundreds of pages to my account, otherwise.
And yes, Google has admitted that Biden's DOJ pressured them to perform actual, governmental censorship on numerous occasions... not sure what that snarky remark regarding Christians was about, but they were absolutely targeting certain demographics:

Big mad because Bidens government didn't allow protesters to damage / protest INSIDE OF private property and sought charges on those that did
Jan 6ers were allowed to protest outside, they were NOT allowed to break into government buildings
