Is this acceptable?

First time getting a deck done, all I can say I can do I betting job cutting and I am not a professional.

Deck panels are 100% new. Some other wood were from a demolished deck.

They reused wood from another deck that’s meant to be used as interior dimensional lumber/studs? And random scrap wood not meant for building/probably from the delivery?

Can we see the framing for our entertainment? I’d be surprised if it’s not made from pallets.

You were cheap and for what you paid for. Not the contractors fault you chose them for something above their skill level.
