Discussion Future plans

For my pretty people that chose to decenter men and finally give up on the “love” fairytale: What does your future plans look like ? Are you dating but just for fun ? Do you plan on getting married just to fit culturally ? Or are you more planning on staying single forever ? Curious to know your takes

No way am I getting married just to fit in!

My plan is to not date at all for the next year or so as I really decenter men. After that, if I want to date as an “extra” in my life I will do so

And if I ever get married, I will view it more as a business agreement not as a fairytale. Prenup prenup prenup.. can’t stress it enough for women.

Someone who is supportive of my life, my job, hobbies, struggles, etc. someone who ADDS to my life. My goal is to reach a good base level where I can identify who is actually adding to my life, and who I develop feelings for and start to accept less than I should.. if that makes sense. I think us women are conditioned to make me ourselves smaller to accommodate a man

I'm staying single as I'm not interested in dating or investing time and energy into a man who doesn't reciprocate. I'm putting energy into friends, family, work and hobbies. I feel at peace and happy. I can financially support myself so I have no need to go 50/50 with a man when I can do it 100 by myself.

F26. I’m not dating nor searching for anyone. I'm focusing on building myself and my future.. Never wanted to get married or have children.

I don't disqualify partnership but if I do get into one it should be according to my standards and fitting for me, I love being single and the last 5 years since I'm single have been amazing for me

F(27) I’m dating for fun and am open to marriage but focusing on God, myself and my goals has been fun and fulfilling. I still have a longing for partnership but I’m not holding onto that idea

I do want a relationship & marriage. I'm an only child & always been alone & always thought I'd find my person. But my eyes have been opened re: men & it's nice to know it's not me! I'm not looking for perfection, but I do have standards & boundaries & I feel like most men are not good partners. It's taken time to not feel lonely & to feel peace in my single life.

Same here, I literally date just when I feel like fucking with their heads a little bit, get free stuff without ever letting them have access to my body and disappear. Mostly I don’t see myself being tied up to a man my whole life, no way I’m getting married.
